Dirty sofa and chairs in living room with some old stains, dismantled junk bed in the bedroom - not safe. After my escalation all above was fixed. Towels changing could be more often.

Central Hollywood location, easy walking distance to the beach. Well equipped kitchen stuff.

"desk" staff are disorganized, and aren't letting to bargaining or budget friendly always. Hotel is frequently fully booked.

Ground are excellent. Self check in is great and easy. Very convenient location within walking distance to entertainment grocery and liquor, reasonably priced hi quality privacy.

The lights were dim, now we asked for light bulbs and never got it, the previous person left dirty pots and pans, they have every kitchen necessity you need except a spatula which was funny it wasn't a big deal they literally have everything else though I flipped my pancakes with a knife, the first night we couldn't watch TV in the bedroom there was a remote missing for some reason but they brought us one that the next day which had the low batteries, it looks smaller in person in the pictures the unit looks bigger or maybe there are different units it was still comfortable just not what we were expecting for the price. I wish there was a way to request to remove the bunk beds when you actually don't have kids with you it will make the room a lot more spacious it was in the way, there's tons of lizards and they poop everywhere, I opened the door for 2 seconds to walk in a couple of frogs hop right in our unit and we had to get them out that's not the places fault but it's like a lizard breeding ground they're everywhere u might step on the babies. I feel like the price is high maybe for the location but you can stay somewhere else and at least have a pool , balcony and jacuzzi for the same price maybe not as close to everything the microwave was on top of the refrigerator really wasn't anywhere to put it so whenever we use it we had to take it down and set it somewhere for a second while we heat up our food

We like the location it was close for what we had to do and close to a lot of things we live in Florida so we knew that already and the fact that it had amenities like towels shampoo conditioner soap things to cook in the kitchen utensils fridge microwave we were able to cook breakfast lunch and dinner there was enough blankets and pillows , the AC units work really well. Host responds fast to messages overall, and it's a smart TV both TVs

There is no heating during cold times. Aircons can not heat rooms. So we, kids and adults, actually got cold on December 25th, since it was raining and freezing outside and no chance to heat rooms. Laundry is not available in the accommodation, but this seems to be less of a problem. The short distance away there is coin laundry.

The good sized apartment enough for family with 2 kids. One can cook or dine out at Young Circle area. Parking is available at the backdoor.

Stay away from this place. They charged 50$ per dog!! We came with two. We had no other choice so we paid in cash and stilk hevn't a recipt. I wanted to leave early - they refused to refund, but When I decided to come back day later (while the apt was still ours) they wanted to charge another 150$ because I annouced were leaving and they already orderd a cleaner. No sense, stay away from them. Besides that the water in shower was rough, and couldnt cook anything but an egg on that stove.
