The breakfast was a little disappointing and didn't have much variety. The bed was very firm, making it hard and uncomfortable. It had no pillow topper and I barely slept the first night, so I had to sleep on top of the bed comforter in order to have a little cushion and feel like I wasn't sleeping on a board. Also the comforter was too small and seemed like it was made for a queen bed. It barely reached the sides of the king bed, so my husband and I kept short sheeting each other all night and fighting over the bedding.

The hotel was in a good location with lots of restaurants close by and had easy access to the universities and downtown.

There was a musky or mold odor when we entered the room. The dining table needs to be replaced, as it was very wobbly and we didn't feel safe using it. The bathroom door would close, but didn't completely latch or could be locked.

The breakfast selections were excellent, and the dining area was nicely set up and clean. The coffee dispensers were located in a separate area and included half & half, which is always a plus! There were designated smoking areas by the pool, as well as benches located outside of the hotel. The room was excellent, with a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, and even a dishwasher! There were dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, a full size coffee maker, and kitchen towels were even provided. The living area included a large sofa and table, and the TV could be rotated to face the bed, as well. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were just right. Loved the black out curtains! Felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend the Residence Inn!

Parking recapture fee??? What are you thinking Marriott? It’s a motel along an interstate. Of course I am going to have a car, that’s the idea. How can you have the insulting nerve to try and sneak in a $3.87 fee for parking and try to hide it among all the additional taxes. If I ever book with Marriott again, I will call the location first and ensure they are not charging a parking fee. This is like the greed of the airlines trying to charge for a soft drink.

Needed accessible room this was one of the farthest from the door on the second floor.

There was a lot of charges for State fees, city fees, parking fee, and the Taxes to top it off. Front desk personnel was always absent from front desk so you had to call to speak to somebody. They should have a bell to ring if the front desk personnel is going to be away.

The size of space in the room, there was hot breakfast served and wasn’t over crowded. The A/C worked great, showers were nice and hot too.

That we were able to go to the grocery store and cook our home cooked meals. The free breakfast was awesome. And the room was spacious we will most definitely. Be back to stay. We dropped our daughter off for her freshman year of college at ACU.

the elevators were not ventilated properly and were hot and smelly. definitely could have used an exhaust fan running or fresh air being pushed through them.

AC unit was very loud. Sheets did not seem to fit the bed well. Beds in King Suite are not really king size beds.

Nice , comfortable suite. had a view of the pool area and gardens. Breakfast offerings were better than many similar type hotels.

The arrangement of the king room was perfect. Breakfast was very good. The couch was very comfortable, TV in both bedroom and living room. Kitchen area very nice. Super nice and clean.
