Dirty, pet hair all over stairs and in room, bug on bed. Kitchen drawer only had 2 forks- no other silverware. Hide a bed was so uncomfortable- could feel springs in back. Main bed had greasy headboard. Cleanliness is an issue.

Our room was on the 1st floor. The highway was close and very loud!

Brandon, one of the receptions, was very kind and helpful to not only me but another customer that didn't get the handicapped room they requested. He went and cleaned the room so they could have it. The cleaning staff was short and didn't get to clean the room. Also, I booked a room thru a 3rd party online. The room booked was not the room the 3rd party showed me. Brandon made it right after I showed him my confirmation. He's a great asset to your company!

The place is run down. Our carpet was torn in spots. Fireplace didn't wrk. Didn't need it.. Pool and hot tub were closed to be redone and there was nothing about that on the booking so we went really excited to sit in a hot tub for a bit, and were very disappointed when we got to the hotel to learn about the pool. To me that's false advertising to not say that the pools closed on the website. The beds were really comfortable. the place just needs alot of refurbishment. when we got in the room 1 bathroom was missing a light, I will say it got fixed pretty fast, overall the staff was amazing, great attitude, and very helpful when the keys to our door stopped working 3 times.

I didn’t realize “pet friendly “ status of the hotel and that pet hair would be an issue. It wasn’t bad. Once it is there it can’t be fully removed. Bring antihistamine.

The hotel is old and a little run down. Lot's of construction. The pool and hot tub were shut down.

The room was so spacious and comfortable. Very affordable. The water pressure was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was great.

Exhaust in bathroom very poor. Property is old and could use a renovating, carpets, lighting, paint etc.

It had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Room was clean, so were bed, sheets and pillows. Kitchen provisions, microwave, stove, pots, pans, utensils etc. Located on frontage road for easy access to Hiway 40.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The tile in the kitchenette was cracked and the sink had not been cleaned.

The rooms were spacious and we had plenty of room for our family. Being close to the interstate was convenient.

The breakfast was poor, there were no fruits, no yogurt, no acceptable coffee. I had to ask the staff to bring plates, coffee, unfortunately there was no yogurt available. The swimming pool was no heated - so it was no available as a fact

We were in the accessibility room for a shower, which was not great. I'm not sure how well a disabled person would even be able to shower, as the pressure was so weak that turning the wand upside down, water doesn't even come out of it. Water also gets everywhere.

Love the two bath, two bed place with king beds.

The a/c was not good. I think they knew that because they had 3 fans in the room. I booked a king suite, so I expected better than that.

When we checked in on Monday the employee never made eye contact or smiled. Wasn't nice. Said we were just basic members and couldn't get a goody bag. Consisting of a small bottle of water a cookie and a protein bar. When we checked in the prior Thursday the you g man made us feel very welcome and gave us a bag.

The 2 bed room king suite I got for my family of 5 was so dirty we were down to 1 bed. Blood stain on one bed and a plate of food smashed in and under the couch pull out (which we were counting on using). We got in late so to tired to deal with what should not have been an issue. Next morning I got laughed at by the Assistant General Manager, meaning this happens all the time and she said she was not surprised! Not only did she add insult to injury but I was also told I had booked through a 3rd Party and so there was nothing she could do, little did she know she had a former Hotel GM standing in front of her and knew what kind of pull a GM has to make complaints of that degree correct! All I can say is shame on you for your work ethic this morning Assistant General Manager!

The night I arrived the staff was pleasant and pool stays open until 12am! Great location, close to anything and everything you may need as a traveler.
