I really had no complaints. The location is on an access road, but for me, it was perfect because my office is two minutes away.

My room was like a tiny, perfectly appointed apartment. It was cozy and very functional with a huge desk and a TV that swiveled between the bed and seating are (that had a couch). I only stayed one night, but this would be excellent for a longer stay (which I know Residence Inn hotels are designed for!).

They don't have a larger selection of amenities like snacks. I needed apple juice for my daughter but they only had OJ which all 5 bottles were expired. But staff got me some apple juice from the kitchen

The place was huge and when I asked for a bathtub because I had requested one through booking.com they upgraded my room for free which included an extra bed

The only thing was the pool was very chilly.

It’s close to Boston but not in the city, which is what we were wanting. We stayed in a suite so the kitchen was perfect. Staff was friendly and the daily breakfast was wonderful. Very comfortable bed too.

Although it did not effect my room, I know some of the rooms lost heat while we were there. But, those families were taken care of quickly and moved to others rooms.

The breakfast was awesome, huge variety and everything tasted great. Hotel location was perfect - easy on and off from the highway and close to stores, restaurants, etc.

DoTo Very welcomed at front desk ☺. We enjoyed the room clean, all the pluses w/ kitchen. Enjoyed the great breakfast. We had to leave because of the flights were going shut down. They were very good about it Will want to stay in this room when traveling. Thank, to all the employees at that hotel.

The heater for the pool wasn't working so the water was too cold to swim in - I wish we had been told this when we made inquiries about the pool to the hotel since this was a major consideration when choosing the hotel. It also was awkward that you could only enter the bathroom by going into the bedroom - no privacy!

Excellent location. Easy to get to and had restaurants, movie theater, malls and arcade in immediate area. Loved the kitchenette and spaciousness of the room as well as the mini market and buffet breakfast. Staff was very welcoming.

I was placed near a stair well and was woken up frequently throughout the night by the doors slamming. The lay out of the hotel is a U shape, with 4 rooms clustered near the stairwells meaning 8 rooms per floor are near these stairs. If pressurized door hinges were installed or another way to prevent the noise from the slamming door would greatly enhance the property for a love cost.

The front desk staff were very friendly and personable and the check in process was fast. The had a few hand carts located in the front door way to make people traveling with amble luggage easier.

Sorry for the inconsistencies in my responses. We had to cancel this trip due to medical reasons. I forwarded the Dr letter to the hotel. We also had to dispute the charge on our Amex. Booking.com did everything possible to help us in this situation.

Being in a room at front of Hotel with a constant noise outside from some sort of generator outside my window. Horrible 4nights sleep especially as we had travelled from Scotland and needed a good sleep before attending my Sons wedding.
