United StatesAC was iffy most nights, cleaning of room and towels wasn’t the best - we often had to ask for those things to be replenished. Upkeep of the room was lacking, handle on door was loose, door lock got stuck often. We were 30 minutes late for our scheduled check in and they almost gave our room away. Only checked us in for one night and the lady told us to come down in the morning to check with a manager. She was very unhelpful and didn’t seem worried. Thankfully I stayed around and a manager was there that helped us.
Location was right in the middle of everything we needed. Breakfast was good.

United StatesFound a roach in our entryway of our room when we walked in the 2nd day of stay. The shower door was off on one side and they had put a partial curtain instead which would not stay in place and water leaked all over the floor. This was the second time we stayed at this location with water leaking out from shower onto bath floor. I reported to the front desk and nothing was done to compensate us, just that they are under new management and they are discussing replacing showers.

United StatesThe door to the room stuck and was very hard to open, The room was hot I tried to turn the air down it didn't work but there was a portable air conditioner in the room, The shower drain was clogged with hair so the shower was going to over flow so I had to remove it. Looked liked no one had ever cleaned it before

United StatesThe room had a weird odor. I thought they was giving us room spray but room spray was brought up so we could spray one time. I ended up buying my own.Was supposed to have a floor room for my disabled mom and was pretty much told sorry someone decided to stay. We booked this hotel thinking the pool was going to be open the whole time. It was closed for maintenance but I never saw anyone working on it. They did open it towards the end of our stay. The has had a weird smell. I think the carpets needed to be cleaned.
The beds was really comfortable. The room was as pictured. The food was amazing for breakfast. The staff was super nice.

I was able to save a lot of money on food by just cooking a meal for my family inside the room. The lady that prepared the breakfast is so sweet and welcoming as well. United StatesOur unit was in the basement! The carpet was extremely worn out. The shower doors were not put on properly and the water leaked everywhere There was soap for the dishwasher but no racks to use it. The ice maker did not work and there was none in the hotel!! Our door to the unit was very hard to open from inside! We woke up to no hot water on Saturday morning. I will be sending pictures to there Corporate office. The trash cans in the out side were over flowing . Never emptied while we were there! It was horrible!!

United StatesThe only thing we did not like was the weather. It was hot. But that is not anything to do with our amazing time at this hotel.
There is no way I can explain how great our stay was here. First it is on the yellow line, and minutes from everything. But more important was the staff. The manager was amazing. She must live there almost, because she was there early and left late. She always smiled and was super friendly. She really made our stay nice. And it was not just her. She had other great staff that all made us feel welcome.

United StatesThe room is definitely showing signs of needing maintenance. The grout on the tiles was basically gone. The floor moved when you stepped on it. There was carpeting that needs replacing. The entire dishwasher came out of its cabinet when we tried to open it. Just needs some extra TLC.
Loved the location. Off the main strip so not congested. I felt it was centrally located to all the activities that we want to do. 10 minutes from everything.
