Across the street from rocket mortgage! Walked to Cavs game and was so nice. Lots of food places on the same street.

The hotel does have a unique layout, and multiple towers to the building so getting to our room was a bit of a walk once inside the hotel.

Fantastic location. Just a block from rocket mortgage stadium and Jack Casino as well many many places within walking distance to eat, see a show, or shop.

Our fridge had alot of the previous guests items left in it. Silverware in the drawer was dirty. We did not use the kitchen due to this.

Could have been cleaner. There were crumbs on the stove top Very large stain on the carpet. No coffee pot Dishwasher seemed to be an afterthought. Overall hotel needs some updates. Common areas were clean and breakfast was good and had exceptional staff. We did have a great time in Cleveland

My only issue was the bathroom. Apparently a worker used it, had some gastrointestinal issues, and left , uh residue… in the toilet. Very disgusting to see that. However,housekeeping did come very quickly to clean. I was offered points or a discount off of the room. I’m waiting to see how much the discount was because I wasn’t told. But since it is the holiday, I’ll give it time.

Couch and floors were so dirty we placed a sheet over the couch to sit on it. Bathroom sink drain slowly and all phones didn’t work in the room. My wife and I are not super picky, but cleanliness was a huge disappointment for this property.

Loved the location in the heart of downtown Cleveland! Also a full size kitchenette and the ability to connect our Netflix account was definitely a pleasant experience!

The room smelled damp, luckily I had some room spray with me and spritzed it around. There was makeup or something resembling makeup splattered on the wall and curtain by the bathroom sink, it kind of freaked me out at first like it was blood spattered but after closer inspection, it was foundation makeup. The 8’ decorative molding around the room was covered in dust with long dust covered hairs hanging off it. Other than that everything else was great.

Stayed here twice now and this last time was just too expensive. Maybe last time we just got a great deal. The valet parking is a scam, it’s all digital and they add a surcharge on top of the already pricey overnight fee, I think it was 40 bucks a night

It was close to the event we traveled to Cleveland for. The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet for the location.

Everything surrounding seems situated to accommodate the MLB team. Other mini vacationers must make time & RESERVATIONS? to enjoy a restaurant THAT ARE PACKED WITH TEAM FANS to leave yourself enough time to get to other events. Gave ourselves 2h20mins to get food, freshened up, changed, & Lyft ride to venue 1.7 miles away, and we were late. Food wait & traffic being the main culprits.

Only 2 complaints: when paying for a hotel room, parking should always be included, in my opinion. $40.00 a day to park when we've already paid to use the facility is pretty steep. Also, my husband had to repair the toilet at 3 am when he used the bathroom only to find that the toilet had been continuously running and the flush mechanism was broken. Thankfully he's a handy guy and it was a simple fix!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and the building was beautiful. Centrally located to so much the city has to offer. The bar and other common areas had a luxury feel to them and everything was so nice and CLEAN!
