Kimberley was amazing! Bed was comfortable but pull out sofa was not. Sleeping on the sofa was better.

The air conditioning fan was loud and constantly turned on and off and blew right in the bed.

The receptionist was so rude! She wasn’t able to find my reservation even though I presented my ID and provided my contact information. I showed her the confirmation email I received that morning from the hotel, and she kept telling me that I have no reservation at that property. I don’t even want to describe the way she was looking at me …I had to go through my emails and find the initial confirmation email to convince her to check their system again. After all of these she just simply informed me that she was looking for my last name and that was the reason my name was not popped up. Hopefully someone will explain to this individual that people have first and last names and she should verify a reservation using either name so she doesn’t not ruin someone else’s evening like she ruined mine.

I love that when I checked in alone I was asked if first floor was okay. I wasn’t alone and had family in the car. It was so nice to be asked for my comfort of location.

The room had a bit of a dirty feet smell when we first came in. Se added 2 additional days to our stay. I had a doctors appointment and when we came back there were 3 cleaning ladies and the manager in our room. They didn’t realize I had added 2 days to our stay and were cleaning. It was nice to have clean sheets but a bit uncomfortable since all of our things were lying around the room. they had to move a few things to change the sheets. Also, I know breakfast is free so I can’t complain too much but we actually ended up staying Sat-Tues and they had the exact same thing for breakfast every day. Maybe I’m spoiled to the Oklahoma location. I’ve stayed at an OKC location several times and they always have something different for breakfast every day. I love biscuits and gravy and have requested them to the cooks at other location and they always are happy to oblige. I asked the cook at this location and she told me to ask the front desk. I asked the front desk if they could please make biscuits and gravy one of the days before we leave and the front desk attendant said he’d leave a note for the manager. I don’t think it ever happened because breakfast was the same every day. Good stay but this location definitely doesn’t rank with the others.

I like that they offer Netflix and free showtime. It’s also nice that they offer a free breakfast. The full size kitchen and big walk in shower are a plus for everyone in my family every time we go. The studio room is quite spacious.

Everything was great 👍. It was awesome to see my name on the television and welcoming me and my husband to the hotel. We celebrated my husband birthday and our Anniversary.

The couch was stained and dirty. Light was out over table. Husband did not like tub/ shower. Water temperature was never hot; barely lukewarm.

Room was laid out nicely. Breakfast in morning was good. Having small grocery store on premises was helpful.

Parts of the hotel (near elevators, hallways) were humid & stuffy. I overheard a customer being moved to a different room due to an air conditioning problem in their original room. This is Texas....you gotta have a good working air conditioner March - November. I was extremely disappointed in how obviously dirty our room was. Then there were cracked floor tiles in our bathroom and in the elevators, which looked dangerous - and accident waiting to happen. The dark brown sofa in our room had blatant stains, hair and crumbs on it. The desk/table in our room had fingerprints, smudges and streaks. The curtains had fresh stains and would not close all the way to block out the lights at night. We brought food to cook on the tiny stove top in our kitchenette but were disappointed that there was only 1 frying pan that was not a non-stick. Definitely will not stay at this location again.

For it being such a nice hotel it wasn't quite as clean as I would expect as well as the sink not draining properly. The AC/heater also blew right at the bed which made it uncomfortable.

Very nice upscale hotel. The extended stay rooms were spacious and well stocked.
