Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Soap needed to be refilled in the bathroom. Need attention paid to these details.

Location - close to mall, restaurants, target etc. Staff wonderful, kind. Large rooms are comfortable. Best towels ever!

The bathroom facilities did not look like the one advertised. My kids would not use it, so we all used one bathroom.

Location is amazing! Lots to do in the area within less than 5 mins. Deptford mall has an arcade, there is an AMC theatre, Target, Walmart, Longhorn, Outback Steakhouse, all close by. The hotel has a great gym! Staff friendly; yummy breakfast (delicious quiche, yummy oatmeal, lots of toppings, make yourself waffles, large to go cereals, fruit). Hotel has an elevator.

Our air conditioner sounded like a spaceship trying to take off the first night. It was fixed later the next day just before the maintenance man’s break around 6PM even though it it was brought to their attention around 11:30AM. There were also left over bath items in the bathroom from the previous occupants. Also having to pay $12.00 for parking when it’s not in a city and has a private parking lot is absurd.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.

I love the 2 bedroom suite. The location was great, close to the mall, a walmart, restaurants.

I called a week before the booking to add my fiancé on the room and was told then that the amenities charge would be $20 a night per room. When we went for check in and I put my card in to pay for the amenities I was then told it would be $250 per room that they updated their policy the Monday after I had called. Thankfully we had the financial ability todo so, but when I had said I called the receptionist gave nothing but attitude and said that this was always their policy but then said the policy was new as of 10/21/24. I’m not entirely sure what the policy is but that was bull shit.

Booking did not pay for the room. They said booking.com card was declined an I had no room reserved for me when I got there!😡

Room needed a lot of work to be done and looked like it wasn’t been cleaned good in a while. Garbage disposal Was broke Wires hanging out from under the television I. The living room area Bathtub was clogged and need to be snaked out Pullout couch bed was torn and broken and sheets were for a twin not a full and was very uncomfortable for my daughters Refrigerator looked like it was shot with a shot gun Queen bed was as big as a full per dimensions, which made it very uncomfortable for me and my wife and our 2 year old daughter to sleep comfortably Breakfast wasn’t good and some of the food was over cooked and ended up throwing it away Right next to the highway which made it hard to sleep with the loud noises from the trucks No room Service unless you stayed more than three nights so ran out of towels every morning and needed to go and get them from the front desk since they didn’t have the staff to bring them up Paid $250 a night and was a horrible stay and so overpriced would of been better off in a motel “I would never recommend this hotel to anyone”

We loved our time there and appreciated a room that was at a quiet distance from the elevators. Everything was in order and done with excellence.

The hotel's location was perfect for the weekend wedding event we attended. The staff was professional at every customer engagement point throughout our stay. The breakfasts were tasty, fresh, and readily available, and the friendly staff kept the food looking inviting. Our bed was comfortable, and the room was decorated nicely and neat. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

On the day of check out felt a little rushed because of the check out time and I was told that I was given more time and later was told that I had to be charged a late fee.

Love the lemon water. Christian treats all guests with respect and compassion. The staff was amazing except for one person who was willing to charge me twice for my daughter's leapord gecko with out even checking if it was taken care of.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is always good. I stay at this hotel every time i visit family nearby and I feel it is the best option in the area.

Changing out your towels and make your bed other hoteles make up your bed changing or bed made trash pic up. Towels ypu have to bring your towels to front desk.i been here going 2 to 3 weeks and no lines change.

I will say it was rated very good and the staff to rate sraff on 1 to 5 they get the highest rate possible
