Very well situated downtown Flagstaff, parking lot just across the street, room was clean and silent. The bonus being the tap water: no chemical smell and feels good on the skin. Breakfast was really good with wonderful personal.

The only place I stay in Flagstaff. Walking distance to everything. Great park next door to relax. Wonderful breakfast.

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent location and delicious breakfast.

Wish they had more security in the parking lot. There was a young man who kept hanging out by random vehicles and he took off twice when car alarms were reset. I would have slept better if there was either a camera, gate or guard.

The brealfast was great with many different options and the loation was excellent. I even walked to a very good restaurant that I had chosen. I also liked having a kitchen available to store some my food in the refiridgerator and had the option of cooking too.

The toilets are very low which makes it difficult on people with touchy knees. The door to the room had no way of proping it open which made it difficult to bring things into the room if I was carrying things in using both hands.

Location was ideal. The staff was attentive and clearly focused on the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was diverse and had something for everyone. The staff attending to the breakfast room provided outstanding service! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large, and the room was quiet even during graduation weekend we never heard anything.

The lights in the bathroom and closet area could be a little brighter.

The room, the staff, the breakfast. The front desk helped with a health issue. Convenient to train station too. I would stay there again.

The only downside was the a/c and the fridge was very noisy during the night. Everything else was great . Good breakfast . Staff at breakfast were so nice and helpful.

Very central, near Amtrak station in our case. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great spacious room. Not only spotless clean but everything appears brand new. Varied breakfast, hot and cold. Coffee/tea/chocolate available all day long. We didn’t use them but: pool, hot tub and exercise room. Even laundry room and outdoors barbecue facility!

All perfect actually.
