It really needs some capital investment. It felt way too lived in: cracked lampshades, mismatched furniture from different time periods; one room with closet doors, and one without; beat up living area furniture; only 3 pieces of silverware; broken elevator; really poor ventilation, take-out food and pot odors were thick and heavy. The facility has just become rundown and shabby.

The carpet was nasty. The couch was super nasty the pull out was even worse. Lots of stains. There was mold on the ceiling and shower curtains. The beds were saggy and uncomfortable. There was a huge tear in the blackout curtains which cause lots of sun to come in the morning.

Both bathrooms were out of shampoo and body soap. We called for refills and were notified that there was no more. There was no extra pillows, bedding or blankets for the pullout sofa bed. After calling twice, the hotel was only able to find one extra pillow and thin sheet for us to use.

Being unexpectedly charged to park my car. I didn’t like how much pain I woke up in from the uncomfortable bed and even less comfortable couch.

It is very dated and in need of updating. The first room we were given did not have a bed and was under repair. The second room REEKED of dog, like large shaggy dogs. Finally, we were given a room that was okay.

The room missed many things: only one glass. No dishes at all. Cupboards were totally empty. Only two towels. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Couldn't find towels at the pool.

Everything else. Sausage tasted like cardboard . I had to go buy my own pillows because they didn't have any available for the pullout couch. Was told they didn't have any clean towels and it would be a wait to get clean ones. Power went out and back up generator didn't work. Fire alarms went off for 2 hours. Had to evacuate our room. WITH A TODDLER at 2 am. You can tell the place is a extended stay because there were multiple bags of trash in front of people's doors and the staff are over worked.

Waffles juice coffee were hood. WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER WAS AMAZING!

I'm going to start with the bathroom. There were three towels and a king size room which would obviously need at least four. The toilet when flushed made this awful horrible loud noise so there was no quietly going potty in the middle of the night. The inner shower liner was just too short. If you bumped into it and didn't realize it right away the water would be all over the floor which happened and used up a couple of hand towels and the floor mat towel. The wall dispensers ran out. My bad I didn't take my own things into the shower. Worst of all in the bathroom there was no place to hang the handheld shower head so you had to shower using one hand to hold the shower head and one hand to clean yourself. I was extremely disappointed with the bathroom especially because of the toilet being loud and making really weird noises like I've never heard in my life and I'm 58🤷‍♀️ Moving on to the living room the couch was so hard and uncomfortable we barely used it because it was hard on our backs to sit there. Now the kitchen was great except for the linoleum area was completely sticky with something. The breakfast area in the hotel was fairly decent. It lacked offerings of fresh fruit or any type of fruit. It would also be nice to have just some white bread that we can make toast or a sandwich. Both Saturday morning and Sunday morning the offerings were turkey sausage. Having that one day would be fine but the other day would be nice to have bacon or ham. I did like the breakfast sandwiches that you were able to take with you to eat on the run, they had those Sunday morning. They were very good! I think the one last thing was there was no access to an ice machine. You had to go to the front desk and ask for it which I thought was strange.

Comfy beds, nice pillows, nice soft towels, the Staff was exceptionally nice 💜 having a full size refrigerator and ability to cook though I didn't this trip because we were just so busy attending the event which brought us to your area and doing said hobby of the event, Geocaching. We ran from sun up to well after down. So I never had time to discuss the issues of this room. If just those few things were not the way they were, I would give you 20 out of 10😁

The lights in the bathroom didn't work half the time. there was a short or something that would cause the light to just turn off and wouldn't come back on for quite some time. The furniture and carpet were very worn down looking.

The location was very convenient for on and off highway access. The staff was very friendly.

It’s dirty, no security it’s all broken, the carpets are all stained. They need to put a lot of work into it. not what I’m used to for Marriott or HomeTo Suites.

Someone smoking weed downstairs, card reader out front was broken, room was crazy hot because the back vent to the air conditioner fell off. We fixed it and it took a while to cool down but it did eventually

It was old and dated. So many things were broken. Things were missing (shower curtain, chairs in the breakfast space, pillows). It wasn’t clean. We asked for some money back to make up for these issues. The property just said they’re about to remodel but did not offer any compensation after we asked several times.

The staff wanted to help but they’re were grossly understaffed (like, one person working in the evening)

The bathroom toilet had hair on it and the body wash was almost out and not on the wall. The room was very outdated to be considered Marriott Bonvoy.

The place is filthy! Stains all over the carpet and furniture. One of the arms was missing from the desk chair. The outdoor security door didn't lock. The combination light switch / outlet in the bathroom was actually hanging out of the wall.
