The male manager was cold and quite rude when checking in. We were originally told our room would be ready by 1:30, but had to wait u til 4 to get into our room. When I asked the manager the status, his attitude was rough. Never smile upon ckg in and actually made us fee uncomfortable

The breakfast was common and fair. Some fresh fruit and pastries would have been nice

One of the outdoor fireplaces was broken , our group sat in the dark.

The room was exceptionally clean as was the entire property. I the staff was welcoming and friendly. Location was a bike ride away from shops and restaurants. The hotel provided free bikes.

View could have been better as was ocean view room and part of view was blocked by roof. Found a few small roaches in bathroom.

Great location down a little from shopping and restaurants. Nice size room, big bed, sitting area and full kitchen. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and was very good.

The opening of the shower and the temperature of the water….it was warm instead of hot.

The Shore restaurant seemed to be under staffed. After being seated for 20 minutes with no service, we left and had dinner at another hotel.

The bed was way too firm for our liking.

Loved the location being right on the beach. How soundproof the rooms are. Didn't hear doors slamming or people outside or in the halls. All the outside amenities. The size of the room. The view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

We had a very relaxing time. Great location with easy boardwalk to the beach. Also enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice kitchen. We also enjoyed access to the bikes. Jekyll is a great place to bike on the beach or the paths.

When we checked into the room we noticed small shards of broken glass on our balcony. We immediately reported it to the front desk and they stated it would be cleaned while we were out. Long story short it took reporting it twice more to get it cleaned up. Commendably, one of the front desk employees went up and personally cleaned it themselves. Per the front desk, this had been reported prior to our stay. Needless to say, this could have turned quite serious if either my wife or I had cut a foot on our honeymoon!

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was had very good food, was a good value and the service was very good. The pool was clean and very enjoyable.

Unfriendly check in and all hospitality staff were less than friendly. Expected much more from person who checked us in. Shower leaked in floor, one of the lights had a short in it, going off and on. Live music was too loud, we sat outside at restaurant furthest away from it.

Restaurant and breakfast was really good. Location was excellent. Amenities were good. Friendly staff at breakfast and restaurant. Excellent elevators, kept moving and moved smoothly. Hotel appearance was pretty.

We had Hair in our shower but other than that no complaints at all.

I love how the room was right on the beach. The room was absolutely beautiful. And views are incredible.
