Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bed was ok, the bathroom and main door had black finger prints on them, water pressure was not the greatest, the shampoo and soap was way too fragrant.
Easy parking, big rooms, good breakfast, very quiet.

The eggs were overcooked both mornings and oatmeal incredibly runny. I think either you need to look into better brand of coffee for those coffee pots or put in a way to allow the customer to use their own. . The only way to use their pots is to use the coffee provided which is an off brand that is not very good. Plus many people like a darker roast or stronger grind and most places I have stayed have a darker roast most places I have stayed have a decaf, regular roast and a dark roast option

Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming at check-in. We had to go down to request bedding for the sofa bed, and employee was almost rude with having to handle the inconvenience. Check-out employee was very kind.
Loved the size of the room. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was great.

Would have liked to stay another night but the rooms were all booked for college graduates’ families.
Very clean and modern decor. Rooms were large and the handicap room was very accommodating for my family with room to move around. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable beds I have ever had at a hotel. I slept so well and enjoyed our stay. Overall, an amazing and relaxing stay.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. But it was closed, I was not going to the other hotel next door in 20 degree weather.

We are smokers so they put us on the main floor by a exit door which was great but once you. went outside you couldn't get back in the room card wouldn't work they. changed our cards three times but none of them worked

The problem was between booking.com and the hotel and we suffered. At check in we got a key for a room for 2 adults although we had a confirmed email from booking that said room for three adults with a sofa bed. So no sofa bed and nowhere for our 18 year old son to sleep. I pleaded with front staff to give us another room and he politely said no even though they weren’t full claiming it was booking.com fault. He did bring us an air mattress on which my son slept. I called booking com twice and after holding for 20 mins each would get cut off. An email to them after has gone unresponded. A very poor experience don’t know where the glitch was but we suffered
