Everything was great until, I noticed one Chocolate milk was expired. My child said it tasted different. Sure enough, noticed it was 4 days expired. Checked the rest of milk available and seems they missed one. I discarded the bad one.

There was no hot water. I showered at night and the water was warm at best. I tried again the next morning and the water never even made it to warm. Maybe they were just having issues with the water during my stay.

The only negative was the shower curtain. I know, kind of an odd thing to complain about. But, it was either installed too high, or the curtain ordered was too short. The bottom landed right on the top edge of the tub. It was impossible to keep it inside the tub, so water got all over the floor. We had to use extra towels to soak up what spilled over.

Great location! We booked a double queen suite and the accommodations were very nice! The breakfast was really nice and it included Gluten Free muffins which was perfect for my wife who has celiac!

A ton of people came over from surrounding hotels to utilize the on site basketball court. They played late into the evenings with loud screaming past 11 pm at both the court and in the pool area. The hotel was also in the process of having all of their carpeted areas shampooed during our 4 night stay. We were notified by letter in our room to expect anyone to access our room during the day if they needed to. The hotel did not have in room safes and that required us to keep electronics out of our room during the day. This was a bit of a hassle, but they did not end up coming into the room. These were both annoying, but would not keep me from staying again in the future.

The rooms were very large and comfortable for a family of 5. We enjoyed the daily free breakfast and cleanliness of the property. My kids especially loved the pool, and it was cleaned on a daily basis.

When we checked in we dropped off our things and left for a ball game for our grandson. we returned hours later to discover the room was not actually cleaned. the sheets didn’t look changed, there were a lot of dirty dishes in the kitchenette, and there was trash in the waste bin. When we called the front desk they quickly moved us to a new clean room. When we checked out, my husband asked what compensation there would be and they gave a $40 discount. The rate Booking.com provided was not what they were actually charging but the discount helped drop it a bit. Nice hot breakfast though.

The light bulbs needed to be replaced because they were burned out. Barbara at front desk said they didn’t have any replacements. The waffle batter was rancid. The bathroom was dirty. The kitchen trash had a wine bottle still in it from the previous guest. There was a sex toy in one of the drawers. The employee named Barbara was extremely rude to multiple guests over a period of 2 hours while I was working in the lobby.

As we walked into the room it smelled like a wet dog and humid. Floors in kitchen and bathroom areas were sticky, you could see your footprints. Items from previous guest were still in the refrigerator. Toilet seat was loose. No hand soap in the sink area, and no soap, shampoo nor conditioner in the shower area. Breakfast was cold (French toast, bacon and eggs). Disappointed that the waffle iron was out of order.
