You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaDidn’t like I was charged an extra $60 at check in for the specific card I had ( cash app debit card ) still haven’t got my refund like I was told. I didn’t like how no one disclosed there was a hotel balcony that’s nice & could be used.. I discovered it myself but other than that this hotel is in a perfect area & it is beautiful

United States of AmericaThe pillows on the bed were horrible. Even after receiving 2 extra pillows they were just bad. Soon as you lay on them they go completely flat. I mean really flat. My husband and I slept with out travel neck pillows the whole time.
I loved it here room and hotel was so clean, spacious, and looked really nice. Better than some 4-5 star hotels.. Perfect location. Having a full kitchenette with dishes was was so convenient. Front desk staff Jimmy was so nice every time we needed something. Definitely staying here everytime I go to NOLA.

It was a clean room. Enjoyed the two queen beds, the mini living room, the mini kitchen with the spacious counter top, the extras drawers for our clothes and the big tv. I liked the bathroom was a good size to share for two people. The 3-sided alarm clock was great from any view from the bed. The big windows with a view to the city and street was amazing.

The first customer service told me it’s booked out and I can only that that room (king size)near by the evaluators. I went down in the evening because I was bothered by the evaluators a lot. The new customer survive (an Asian guy) asked if I have to stay at king size room. I said no. He rearranged a we quiet room (double queen size) for he. He was very smart knowing my issue and actively looked for a solution.
