Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location of the hotel is situated in an area where the noise and crowd are at a lower level compared to most of Manhattan. The subway, and everything else to marvel at is within distance. The hotel is well managed, kept clean, and provided good customer service.

United KingdomWaiting for the lifts was a bit of a pain, but a very minor things in the grand scheme of things. Could also. Be more selection for breakfast in warm foods. It rotated round every day now and again and daughter would only eat the waffles, so was hit and miss when it was served, but tbh we didn’t want to hassle and ask, so they very may well of done them.
Great location away from the hustle and bustle. Close to excellent train network options being able to get onto most lines very easily. Hotels was clean and staff lovely.

Easy check-in experience. We arrived very early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to store our bags until check-in time. Everyone was polite and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The lounge was very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. A great bonus was the daily $15 credit to use at the hotel’s store—perfect for picking up snacks or drinks, and it came at no extra cost to our stay. The room was excellent: spacious, with plenty of storage for our belongings. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked well. The TV was a bit slow and buggy (YouTube didn’t work), but it was still functional. The kitchen appliances—including the microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher—all worked perfectly. The shower was great, with almost no wait for hot water. Overall, this hotel is a no-brainer for us whenever we're in New York City.

We where there 2 years ago. Meanwhile they put some consideral effort in renovation. 3 working elevators. Before one was during nearby a year in work. Breakfast is better too. Thanks Anthony from the Breakfast Stuff. He is always there if you need anything. Also thanks to Naomie on reception. Friendly and helpfull. Well be back for next year - for sure.

The hotel is near everything in the South Manhattan area. You can reach everything walking and it's also very close to Brooklyn Bridge. The breakfast is good and rich.
