This property has two bedrooms but not a fold out couch in the living room. I think that is a missed opportunity. They also don't provide roll away beds so there is only space for 4 people. For a larger apartment style hotel, I feel it should accommodate more than 4 people.

I stayed at this hotel for the third or fourth time. Everything was good. But this time, for three days, the breakfast was so bad that there was nothing to eat. Even if there are not many types of breakfast, I think there should be a harmonious and basic breakfast menu. My family and I were disappointed with the breakfast.

It was clean and comfortable and I was able to rest on a comfortable bed. It was quiet and clean and the staff were very friendly. The lake and nature around are beautiful with many trees and flowers

Beds were a bit lumpy, bars was closed on the weekend and the pickle ball courts you could see from the lobby were not open to hotel guests.

Great breakfast, large rooms, nice common areas with a bar that opens to a view of the small lake.

There was a bad urine smell in the stairwell it got worse when it was hot outside.

Had a good view. Also accomodations was good when they did not have the reservation and they upgraded the room for my uncle waiting 2 hours for it to be fixed.

No clock or alarm in the room. No soap or lotion to use. Room had parking lot lights shining in the whole time. Lake was green and smelled. Water was not clear and pretty to look at.

The juice machine was leaking and looked very dirty. The eggs are really disappointing. Do something else. No one enjoys the fake egg thing anymore. Thank you for the salsa though!

No hot shower - in the evening, as well as in the very early morning or 7:00 a.m. only cold / slightly warmish water. The hotel was half empty according to number of cars at the parking place. No internet access over laptops. The hotel did not even formally appologize, and nobody seemed to be really interested in the problems. We were given a telephone number to arrange for a serviceman ourselves, what we declined to do, as it was the hotel ´s responsibility and not ours. The hotel however offered a 20% discount.

The hotel is located in a nice residential quarter of Chandler full of ponds and water.

Cell phone reception was terrible (AT&T). Not the hotel's fault at all. However, issues with check-in, understaffed front desk and almost no hot water will have me staying elsewhere in the future. Despite having paid for my stay weeks in advance, they did not have my reservation through Booking.com when I arrived for check in. Rather than offering any assistance, they claimed this happens all the time and pointed me back to Booking.com to resolve. Booking.com worked to fix the issue but needed to contact the property to resolve. The numbers that Booking.com has to communicate with the property forward to the GM who doesn't work on weekends and wouldn't return voice messages. He's also the only one who has access to the emails and reservation system for Booking.com. I had to work out a cancellation through Booking.com and then book another room with the hotel directly which meant I was out double the cost of the room until they could process a refund which required communication from the GM. After multiple emails, phone messages and messages through the messenger system, crickets from the GM. Luckily, Booking.com's customer service is top notch. They refunded the charges and credited me the difference that I had to pay to book a room directly with the hotel.

The lake smell. Especially late at night to Early Morning hours!! OMG!! It was so suffocating..... We paid extra for a lake view!!!OMG!! Wouldn't recommend!!! The smell was disgusting...... Omg!! sewage smell.. 🤢
