Excellent service. Arrived a little early, was very tired. The staff were understanding they let be have a room. God bless them!! Jeremy and Sheradon treated me like a family. The room was beautiful, large and immaculate!! I videoed and sent it to my relatives. They have restaurants deliver straight to room and hotel is positioned opposite all the great restaurants and shopping town center. I will definitely return to this hotel everytime.

The only negative was that my room was not made up. But maybe they don't do that every night. We stayed for 2 nights.

The property of the hotel was well maintained. The Hotel was very clean and inviting. Breakfast was wonderful and worth the rooms costing a little more than some of the neighboring hotels. My room was exceptional. Probably encountered at least 5 different front desk staff. We were greeted every-time we came back in from our day. The Staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. We were staying due to work being done on our home.

Checking in was a breeze and allowed for an early checkin. Location is great, it is walking distance to the town center. Looks like a train station behind the hotel would be convenient if needed. I chose this place for the bedroom option, kitchen amenities was a plus, though it wasn’t needed.

The air flowing from the air vent made an echoing sound. I had to turn off the air after being woken up by it.

A few extra towels would've been nice. There were 3 of us, so we each got a big towel. But it would have been handy to have 1 or 2 extra towels available. Also, the small kitchen knife in the drawer was a little dirty. Had some brown stuff stuck to it. It would've also been handy to have some extra garbage bags for the trash cans that were in the living room area.

I really liked the size of the room and the kitchen! It was fun spending time with my family in a nice room. The bed was comfy and the shower relaxing. My niece enjoyed going to the pool even tho it got a bit cold! She still had fun! I also loved the big fridge in our room!

Walls are too thin, can hear others next door if they are moving things around near the adjacent wall, thankfully we had quiet neighbors that went to bed early and never heard them in the mornings. Also can hear neighbors doors when they would come or leave - doors shut a bit too loudly. Breakfast was boring and bland. It was just enough to get by until lunch elsewhere. One morning the little egg sandwiches, bread was burnt and they tasted just like microwaved egg sandwiches, not fresh at all. Another morning I was pleasantly surprised they served these little flat like burritos that were tasty but never saw them again so Disappointed. The waffles you had to make yourself but were very good. The muffins they served were horrible tasting. The fruit they served was liked canned fruit, too sweet and not fresh at all. A fresh bowl of cut fruits would be nice. Just wish they would have served those burritos every morning and for all the other things I mentioned to be fresh, instead of microwaved and canned food.

Size of room was perfect! Loved the dish soap, new sponge, kitchen towels, and paper towels provided in the kitchen. Loved the plenty of hooks to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom. Also, loved the body soap, shampoo, and conditioner! Loved! Loved how the TV swivels to the living area or to facing bed. Loved the mirror in doorway area and closet area.

It was very clean and close to everything. Whether you had a car or you had to take the bus it was all very accessible.

The design of the shower. Although it looks beautiful when you are showering, the water is going out the doorway. If the bath mat is it gets soaked.

Location - Some of my children live close to this Marriott so we were able visit and I attended a birthday party for my 2year old great grandson. I also did a little Christmas shopping I was able to walk to the Clackamas Mall no problem.

The room facing the highway was quite loud. (I asked for a change to the other side, and it was much better.) I did not like the fact that the door slammed very loudly. I could hear people’s door closing in the middle of the night. I wish they had rental bikes.

The locations was perfect in that it was in front of MAX rail Clackamas station and was very close to the shopping mall. The staff were very attentive and kind too. The hotel was neat and clean and the room cleaning was done nicely. Nice breakfast with delicious coffee.

We had a view of the freeway. It was very loud. The sofa sleeper was horrible. All you could feel was the metal. You need better mattress for that.

To use the word crappy sums up most of our issues with this place. Crappy service front desk upon check in, fecal matter on the toilet upon entering room which we attenpted to have assistance with but instead we cleaned it with dish soap and a sponge in the room. Nearly no one cleans up after their dogs which shows me the caliber of people that stay here... so crap all over the grass and even on the sidewalk. The hotel does provide bags but that's too difficult for other guests evidently. Yes, we stayed there because we travel with our dogs. LOUD. There were children running and screaming down the halls until at least 11pm. This place was not worth the outrageous amount of money we spent. This is not a good Marriott. I will say that Staci is the only saving grace with our stay. She was polite, professional and a great communicator.
