Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe TV in the room had to be "reset' by unplugging and replugging in on several occasions. The door to the bathroom was difficult to close, there was a large crack on the bottom. Cleaning personnel only came to room once in 7 days.
breakfast was available each day. the variety of food is decent - something for everyone. The size of the room is perfect for light cooking and a full sized refrigerator is a definite plus.

United StatesThe parking fee. I was surprised to see a $5/day parking fee. When I called the hotel they told me it was on your site. It wasn’t on the confirmation so the total price on the Booking.com reservation details didn’t include the $10 for parking. We are accustomed to being able to park at the hotels we stay at for FREE!
Layout of the room was nice. We like having the ability to cook in the room too.

United StatesThe bed was so hard. It hurt my back and the couch was a bit hard as well. My son couldn't sleep on the pull out couch the second night. He chose to sleep on the floor on the cushions instead.

United StatesThe room had a funky smell which ran throughout the hotel hallway on the ground floor. Once I used lots of air fresher it decreased. There were no instructions for the wood fire place that I could see, as such the room above use set off their fire alarms.
It was a 3 minute drive to Midway Village Museum. The family two room sweet was very large with a full size fridge. Shower had hot water and bed was comfy.
