The staff at check in was so nice, I wish I remembered her name, but she was a white lady with a short hair cut. I had packages delivered before I arrived and she had them ready for me at the front desk. My family had a warm and friendly conversation w her while we all checked in. She felt like an old friend. Go back to my check in day July 25 to see who it was. Lovely woman. Also they had our room ready a few hours early for us, so they let us check it early. This was extremely nice. Also the staff was so quick I called for extra pillows and they were knocking within 15 minutes. I can’t wait to stay again!

Loved the tall ceilings. Felt like we were staying in a loft. Don't know that I've ever stayed in a hotel room with ceilings that tall. The facility was super clean. The breakfast was great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really to pick fault at, perhaps for a UK traveller brown sauce for breakfast and poached eggs available would top it off, but that’s being super selfish and picky.

One of the rare occasions I really didn’t want to leave a hotel, reception area light a spacious, staff at check in super helpful and the room was great, spacious clean and everything you need, nothing was too much trouble, free parking with my stay and within 5 mins walk are great food/drink venues and great open park spaces, if you’re staying in St Louis stay here, even if it adds a drive to your schedule, this place leaves you feeling relaxed and looked after.

No pool.

Hotel is brand new so everything was nice and updated. The best part was how big the rooms were designed. Bed, was very comfortable and want to buy the exact same mattress and pillows lol. Park and a places to eat in walking distance. 3 elevators was nice. Parking deck was next door. Only spent one night there but would definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect. The free breakfast is great and a wonderful selection of things. The park across the road is amazing! It’s clean, the staff is wonderful and so helpful ! We are going back in September with a group for our Grandson’s wedding!

The room was huge and had a modern kitchenet. We all loved it.. I was traveling with my family - including 2 teenagers.. it was great the space and modern look. Parking totally convenient. Restaurants behind the hotel to walking distance.

Parking lot charge by daily . So you stay at hotel one night, you get charge by parking lot behind building for two days. And it’s not cheap

New build hotel less than a year old. Suit size is so large and clean .

I didn’t care for the parking garage not being connected to the hotel. I wish the breakfast was more of a hot breakfast made to order! The breakfast was still decent but would have preferred something a little more high end.
