I wish they had a few additional items in their store area as there is nowhere to shop nearby.

I travel quite a lot and this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is wonderful, it is sparkling clean, and they make you feel welcome.

Only available parking is valet because location is in a busy downtown like area, street parking is basically non existent.

Rooms were fantastic with full kitchen including stove top, dishwasher and full size fridge. The tv swivels so you can watch from the pull out couch or the bed. Full size mirror outside of bathroom was very handy

Parking is not great. They have valet included with a parking fee. I parked in the children's hospital ramp kiddy corner from the hotel. Slight walk but weather was nice.

This facility was very clean and up to date. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with scrambled eggs sausage and bacon.

Stayed for a hockey game at the Xcel Energy Center. Being able to walk was perfect. The hotel lobby was clean, the room was spacious with a full kitchen, & the breakfast was decent. The room could have used a little TLC; wiping down the ceiling, straighening the art on the wall, there was a shelf that didn't work properly because it leaned too much. The pool & jacuzzi spa were nice to go to in the morning before checkout.

Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Great location. The shuttle was extremely convenient. The crew member named Mohamed was so helpful and had great customer service skills. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was nice and hot.

There were some people coming and going at late hours when we checked in that I wasn’t too comfortable with. Made me question if anyone could just walk in off the street. Hot tub wasn’t very hot. I wish there was streaming services that were available for people who didn’t have their own streaming subscriptions. Elevators smelled like weed at times.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent and the area was nice and clean.

Location was convenient - being close to restaurants, bars and the Xcel Energy Center. The hotel was clean, offered a complimentary breakfast and the staff was friendly and pleasant. Rooms were spacious, well thought out in terms of layout and contained a kitchenette as well as a living room area. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and the shower was large and clean.

Access to the building was a little tricky. Key cards didn't work at all of the doors.

Some of the lights in the room did not work. We used booking.com to make the reservation, but because the last name on the booking website is different from the one on my drivers license they would not let us check in, until it matched. Since booking.com has my maiden last name it has been like that for years. I still use it every year with a different last name and never had an issue, so it was a bit of an ordeal to get the website to change my last name. The staff was friendly throughout the process.

The rooms were big and had a fridge, microwave, and small stove. The facilities were nice and updated.

$25 charge for valet parking is really high. There was also a very unpleasant odor coming from the plastic comforter bag in the closet.

Property was great. Staff was helpful. Location was nice.

The fan in our bathroom stayed on throughout our stay and was noisy. There were other random noises in the room.

Breakfast was ok. I wish there was more fresh fruit options. The hot options were not made on site. They were frozen breakfast sandwiches warmed up.

They valet couldn't find our car in the morning. But the manager was very helpful. My husband went to the garage with her and found it immediately.

The location was perfect. Very close to my sister's wedding reception. And the room was super cozy.

The pool was pretty small and while down for breakfast, the tables that had outlets on them weren't plugged in.

We loved that there was valet parking, easy check in and the rooms were MASSIVE! Totally didn't expect to have that much space in a room and the shower was huge and the kitchenette was practically a full size kitchen. There was also a wonderful spread for breakfast
