I absolutely adore coming here with my daughters. It’s our go-to place to escape the hustle and bustle of home. The place is so comfortable and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. And let’s not forget the delicious breakfast!

There isn’t a lot of parking. There were about 50 teenagers fighting outside and police were called and they still came back again.

Upon looking around the facility, although a full-size grill is available in the firepit area, the grill is very dirty and not ready for clean cooking - disappointing & gross. Upon opening the cover, I closed it even faster ! Our arrival time was approximately 3:00 so no excuse for this disgusting condition. The in-door pool area functions, however the extreme noise from the mechanicals is deafening & not pleasant to stay for very long. Also the firepit remained unlit that evening so we could not enjoy 'sitting around the campfire'. 2 issues with the main bedroom; at 9:00 p.m. we discovered the TV would not allow any viewing & after spending approx 20 mins we called the front desk to inform the night staff person. Personnel did come to the room and tried to fix the issue without success & stated a HDMI cable needed replacement & removed the cord and left with a statement of return. After approximately an hour waiting we checked at the front desk & the employee stated no access to the manager's office to retrieve a replacement cable. Yes, this was an extreme inconvenience both for the evening and in the a.m. (no news happenings - very important for us). I did speak with the manager on duty the following morning, gave kudos for the response time, yet felt the staff member could have retrieved a replacement plug from an alternate vacant room and/or communicated with us instead of leaving us hanging. The manager fully understood and offered an option to us. This hospitality went far with us. The other issue, no additional light blanket available in the main bedroom in case needed. Otherwise, I do recommend this facility & would stay again.

The location is extremely convenient to the numerous retailers and restaurant choices in the area. Will highly recommend for families visiting the Six Flags park. Traveling with children, the included and diverse breakfast selections is very appealing and tasteful - something for everyone ! On-site & clean, do-it-yourself laundry is a plus. Our room selection included 2 separate large bedrooms, each with wall mounted TV's, private bathrooms, & a 3rd TV in the living room area. Well equipped kitchenette inc dishware - one can easily prepare & cook a full meal. Upon arrival, the room was clean, LRm TV on, and room temp ready and comfortable. Staffing is pleasant, welcoming, & helpful.

The location was not stellar. You drove down what looked like a deserted road full of potholes to get to the hotel. I also thought the price was high for what we got.

I liked the kitchens in the unit as well as the lobby area and breakfast.

Had to cut over quickly from the highway to take a U turn to get to the hotel which was a little annoying but cant really change that easily. My room had a really loud air conditioner or something hidden behind a locked door, it only turned on once in a while but it was louder than I would expect. Might not be good if there are kids or anyone sensitive to loud noises while trying to sleep. Im sure not all the rooms have it! A little pricey for 2 nights but still the more inexpensive option over graduation weekend in the West Springfield/Springfield area!

I work in Springfield and needed to be in town for 3 days, I chose residence inn to have a kitchen area which was great. The location was close by (8-15 minutes) which was nice. The suite itself was very spacious. I used the fire pit one night to read a book and it was relaxing. Always love a hotel with breakfast included!!

Unfortunately my room I booked months ago was given up to someone else. I wasn’t too pleased about that so I ended up over paying.
