Only wished I had know ahead of time that the 2 floor suite was second floor access only. I just assumed that because it was a 2 level option, it had the entrance on the ground floor. I had someone handicapped traveling with me and I felt bad they had to take 2 flights of stairs to the room. So just know for anyone thinking of the 2 floor suite with the separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms, it is SUPER nice, but second floor/stair access only.

Breakfast was very good! Lots of options. The woman who worked on the breakfast was very sweet and helpful. I wish I could remember her name! Special shout out to Vox and Grace. They went above and beyond and helped in May ways including getting extra linens/towels when needed, and giving information about good dining options. The outdoor pool was also very nice and relaxing. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

I stay at the best Western at least once a week for just about the past year if not, it was just cause I didn’t have the availability or just some pricing then I just have to stay maybe across the street last night though was the first time that there was a little bit of awkwardness I had lights coming through my window and my patio door and I was on the second floor and it was very bizarre. I’ve never had such a thing happen And there were somebody kept going up and down the steps. I’m not sure if his kids playing or what it is so I did call in today and I’m waiting to hear back.

I love the staff and the rooms at the best Western. Everybody is always very accommodating..

Light & shower in downstairs bathroom was broken. Big spiders outside of room. We asked for these items to be fixed. None of it was. We had to ask again about the spiders because they were scaring our little kids and it wasn’t done until our last day there. Won’t be staying here again.

Some of the guests I saw in and out were a bit questionable and seemed to be "living" at the facility.

The stay was great. The room was perfect for family with 2 kids. The breakfast especially the gal who sets it all was soo good. She was so friendly, kept everything clean and fully stocked she really worked hard to keep everything so nice at the early hour.

It was very loud until wee hours of evening. The pool, gazebo and grill invite a party atmosphere. And they were partying until 1am. Now I understand why I had to sign that I won't host a party atmosphere check in

The kitchen was very minimally stocked, although the nice front desk staff supplied us with a bottle opener.

Pool was clean and whole grounds well maintained. The accommodation are 2 floor apartments with full kitchen. The breakfast was nice.

This is not the staff's fault so I feel bad complaining, but the other guests were the problem! We smelled marijuana in our room the entire time, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. The people upstairs were loud and partying until after 2 am and kept waking us, even when I put white noise on my phone.

The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the breakfast staff - Darla was wonderful and so kind! The breakfast was actually very good, with dairy free milk as an option. The room was spacious and clean. The grounds were well kept and the pool was clean and a nice temperature.

I didn’t like the lack of lighting in the bathroom area. I couldn’t see well enough so I utilized the mirror in my car to put on my facial products and style my hair.

Location was great! We were visiting Fishkill Bethel and Patterson Bethel and it wasn’t too far. We could travel to get necessities from nearby stores. Breakfast was great, there was a variety of fruit and hot proteins, juices and packaged goods. Parking was convenient. I really liked the walk to breakfast with the kids every morning, being able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine as well as the pool.

Ran out of hot water in the shower pretty quickly. We learned to let it warm back up between people.

Good location. Not a bad drive to West Point, great to have a kitchen for graduation week. It's also nice to have some separate buildings and the rooms are quite roomy.
