Breakfast was very minimal and either extremely over cooked or not done. Check in process took forever as there was only one person working which I thought was extremely odd. Our room was very clean, but felt very dirty. When we pulled out our hide-a-way bed, there was absolutely no sheets or blankets, the mattress was nasty. After being on hold with front desk for 45 minutes my husband found a worker outside who was less then thrilled about helping but finally did. Whoever was staying/living above us was smoking constantly and the area reeked of marijuana. There was a lot of information not told fully when checking in/out. It was a nice stay, but more effort needs to be put into the rooms and staff

The way everything was spaced out was great, you didn’t have alot of extra noise, but we’re still close if you had another family staying as well.

Food left over in our fridge when we checked in. No extra blankets or pillows for all beds, out of shower materials.

Hotel is showing it's age; could definitely use some updates. Bed was comfortable, all facilities worked. I had some noisy, rather inconsiderate neighbors, but that isn't the hotels fault. I just needed an inexpensive hotel to crash for the night so it more than satisfied in that respect.

Price was good. Location for this trip was perfect; centered between both places I was visiting. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee (always my favorite part!) was good.

My phone in my room did not work. I unplug them and plug them in and still did work . And also I told them thst sameone before we got the room had put finger polish on the floor and burn on the bathroom sink. So they not say we did it . I let them know real fast. They are bad about not giving back the 50 deposit . It has happen two times before

The suit was outdated, the carpet is old and torn up. The exterior of the buildings were looking a little rough. I had to wait 2hrs past check in time to get my room. I get that it's been busy but when check in is 3pm and your waiting til after 5pm to get your stuff in the room and get settled it's a little frustrating

The fact that it felt like it's own little community, also the outdoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was pretty good.

Garbage can full of garbage when I walked in. T.v.remote would not work. Fireplace doesn't work at all. Bathroom fan makes an awful lot of noise. Toilet way too small for average person.... glad I am not overweight.

The room wasn’t cleaned well previously as I found a literal rolling tray with weed and a grinder in the penthouse upstairs nightstand. The bed sheets had other women’s hair in it like a burgundy color as mine is blonde and my friends hair were way too short and not burgundy along with a vape button/vent slider thing that fell off to a previous persons vape as non of us had a geek bar so I don’t believe the bed sheets/pillows were cleaned well. Could definitely be dusted. The mirrors were filled with finger prints. The kitchen sink was clogged and stunk also had cigarette butts in it my friend actually dug em out .. ew & burns around the place. There was damage to the furniture that I made aware to the receptionist. All in all I don’t like to complain I am happy with my stay regardless. Lol just want the owners & customers aware.

It was ideal for the pricing and ultimately a good time with friends for a Friendsgiving. The front desk lady was super nice!!

The facility needs a lot of "TLC" - things need to be updated, painted, and better maintained. Finally there is no reason you need a copy of my I.D. You have my credit card and booking information. To ask for a photo copy of my ID is to invite ID theft. Your "policy" of doing so is what is driving my decision not to stay with you again.

Room located on second floor for both....no elevator for luggage. Outdoor maintenance to steps and surrounding area run down but to be fair was clean. Strong smell of urine in stairwell. Noisy groups gathered at base of steps smoking.

cosmetically it can use some a touch up of paint on the interior and a picture was missing on the wall, leaving the are bare.

soaking wet carpet by the slider doors let staff know through text message as requested. Never heard back. There was a smell from wet carpeting.

The fact that there was a water treatment plant right by the facility. It’s a hot day and you walk out the room you smell nothing but sewage!

It was a really nice area! I love seeing the wild turkeys when we woke up in the mornings!

Didn't realize that we were not getting ANY room services. Had to go get our own bath towels everyday. Take down our garbage to trash which was located underneath our stairs to room. Room was not serviced the entire time during our stay. (5 days 4 nights)
