I really liked this hotel. The room was spacious and quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My 4 year old niece was thrilled with everything about the facilities but especially enjoyed the hot tub!

Parking lot full late at night. Most likely due to 2024 Eclipse crowd. Because of the Eclipse, we were notified ahead of time that there would be no available late check out, beyond the standard check out of 12 noon. Neither "issue" a bother.

Fancy suite! Fully stocked kitchen, living room and bedroom separated. Large vanity and bathroom area. Large enough for two TV's! 😅 Pool and hot tub were an unexpected surprise! Familiarity with this property and the surrounding area.

We arrived a little earlier then planned. They were still able to give us a room. The rooms were still being cleaned. We were planning on a suite with 1 bedroom. (The suite has a living room, bedroom and kitchen. They gave us one that actually had 2 bedroom. With their own bath. Yes there were a few minor things that needed attention. But nothing we couldn't handle. The room was great. comfy beds. Staff all friendly. Breakfast, lots of choices. Hot nice. The hotel was quiet & clean. Even the parking lot was clean.

Room is nice enough but the hampton is cleaner and nicer. Also doesn't have any pay TV stations like HBO or showtime.

Usually Stay at hampton inn, but if I can get residence inn at a comparable price I stay there. Because they have hot tub and basketball court

On check out day , house keeping knocked on door a couple of hours before check out time. Not necessary, front desk should contact them upon check out.

Hotel still has hot tub unlike the Hampton Inn. They filled theirs in. Front desk staff great. Left my key cards in the room and they quickly made me a new one.

Took my family here for 2 nights. It's a DECENT hotel. Beds are comfy. We had a 2 room suite and a 1 room suite. Definitely would've expected more for the price we paid but I guess it was more for the area.... there are a ton of restaurants and plenty of shopping around.

My husband had just fallen asleep and I was almost asleep when I noticed movement out of my peripheral vision. Four small bed bugs on the sheet. I awoke my husband and we turned on the lights and throughout the night we saw and killed around 30 that kept emerging from the headboard. Right after this started we went down to talk to the man working the night shift who was either unwilling or unable to help us. He was very noncommittal about a refund so we could immediately leave, so we had to wait until morning to speak with a manager. We asked if we could use the dryer to heat treat clothing contaminated from being in the room. His concern was that the noise of the dryer could wake up other guests. In the end we were able to use it. My husband and I were up the entire night dealing with this horrible situation. As previously mentioned, Maria, the morning manager was excellent. Between her and Booking this has been refunded and the situation is being handled for future guests.

The hotel was very nice upon arrival. Checkin went smooth. The lady at the desk was very friendly. They had an adorable hot chocolate station and that as well as the coffee and juice were available at all times. I loved that. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was spacious and by all appearances very clean. The only reason I am giving it a two instead of a one is because of the daytime manager, Maria, who handled the negative situation with grace, poise and professional expertise. She was truly stellar.

Very outdated and dingy. All the tile and woodwork in the room was dingy and paint was chipped and peeling off. Didnt feel very clean. Pretty basic for a quick stay. Beds seemed clean.

Great helpful and friendly front desk staff.
