Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Due to a storm the week previous, none of the elevators were working. We were initially told the only rooms available were on the 3rd or 4th floor. Because of a disability, we wouldn’t be able to climb that many stairs. They were able to accommodate us with a room for disabled guests on 2nd floor but not able to help us get our luggage upstairs.
It was convenient to Fort Cavazos, restaurants, and shopping. Plentiful parking even pulling a trailer. The room we stayed in had good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Liked having a refrigerator with ice maker in the room.

Was locked in my room because the door-handle broke off. Could not reach the front desk and the hotel’s phone number which was on the sticker on the phone in the room was out of service. During an emergency this could have been a big issue. Other than this my stay was fine.

The housekeeping staff failed to clean our room, empty our trash nor bring us fresh towels. Even when asked to "just empty the trash", it fell on deaf ears. We left and came back and the trash was still over flowing in our room.
Location was perfect and general cleanliness of the facility was great. Met some wonderful people and front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The room had this immediate heavy smell of body odor or something of that nature. The room was definitely cleaned and looked great, but the odor was predominant.
The Front Desk Staff was very Friendly and helpful. She deserves a pay raise. (just for the record, I am not a family member or friend). Lobby area was inviting and very clean. Attention to the Bathrooms was noticed.

The hotel and room was very dated. The bathroom needs some upgrades. There were a lot of long-term guests who order in food so the smells in the hallways weren’t great. I was not comfortable staying here with my teenage daughters.
There was nothing exceptional about the breakfast. It was all very standard.

Shower bench closer to the show head or a hand held one.
My room was super nice. The kitchen was nice. They one thing I would like to see different is is seat in the tub closer to the show head or a hand held show head. I'm in a wheelchair and it would be a little easier. But I love the stay. Staff was very professional and friendly. Thank you

Room was old, smelled like someone had smoked in there, and showed signs of wear and tear. AC took a long time to cool room down.

The laundromat only had 1 working washer which made it difficult to wash your clothes.
I like everything about this suite because it was handicap accessible and my husband was able to shower and use toilet. The room serves was great. The female housekeeper that cleaned our room while we were there did a wonderful job and she made a little rose from the toilet paper and when I went to the bathroom after she left and seen that I couldn't do anything but smile and say a touch of class. What a sweet and caring housekeeper. All the housekeepers was friendly and kind. The restaurant cook for the week was wonderful and kind just making sure everyone had what they needed just excellent.
