There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property

Just at the check in time I had a little issue: they said my reservation was canceled when I already paid the total balance in my credit card. I had to show my credits cards used and the third party information involved with my reservation. After that, Very clean, convenient location, good breakfast (very good and friendly staff in the kitchen bdw) and lot of parking spaces.

Shower in handicap rm 106 was defective. Also the sink was leaking to the amount that it was flooding the floor. The sink was reported twice to management.

The toilet didn’t flush called in the issue to the front desk Saturday am and was told they would send someone up they never came. We had to remove the tank top and pour water in the tank in order for it to flush very inconvenient as my daughter just happened to be on her cycle.

I liked how spacious the rooms were, lots of room amenities with the fridge and microwave. Hotel was located in a safe and quiet spot. Not too far from my events for the weekend

We were there when they have kids tournament going on and families were putting up there, so the noises from kids playing in the corridor was a put off when you wanting a good rest for the evening. It was perfectly fine the following night.

Breakfast was great and its just few minutes drive to the premium outlet. Good seafood restaurants is just 20 minutes out. The staff were extremely friendly and have us in the room at the end of the corridor where we unload our luggages practically at the door step.

I am VERY upset that I prepaid for my reservation on July 31st, but that payment was not forwarded to the hotel, so I had to REPAY a larger amount upon arrival. Even though the hotel Assistant Manager went out of her way to try to resolve the issue, I am STILL waiting for the refund of my (larger) duplicate payment, and have now been told it could take up to 5 business days, even though it was submitted on Saturday August 5, the same day it was charged. I prepaid to AVOID any such issue.

The hotel staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

Though I paid already through a 3rd party (Booking.com) they wanted a credit card for “incidentals”. On the way out stupidly I “checked out” simply to let them know we were gone. They charged me a full night in the card for “incidentals”. I had to call several times to get it resolved and after week have still not gotten my money back. We are not rick people and this was a terrible experience. I will never leave a card again. They should have told me to sign something to make sure, but they were not at all professional enough for all of that.
