was totally dissatisfied with the cleaning. room notice said every 3 days however they were not regular and even when i requested for the room to be cleaned they wouldn't vacuum. i had to keep a broom in my room permanently to sweep myself. the manager Amen was very nice and did his best to ensure all was well but i guess u cant guarantee what your staff would do when u are not there. they do not clean the rooms properly.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was okay but lacked variety. Food served was more like hostel type with use of disposable plates and cutlery. stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, very cosy and comfortable. Amenities available in the room were good more so as they add the kind of accommodation i needed which was a 2 bed room apartment with kitchen that most hotels around didn't have.

There is no telephone in the suite and also we had to carry our suitcases to and from the room.

The mattress (I suppose not in all rooms are the same) but my side had a big "hole" in it. Couldn't sleep well at all (my wife on the other side, yes). (Would definitely give a 10 if the bed was good)

For minuses I would count not so clean water in the jackuzzi as well as the general feeling of how clean the place is, like corridors for example. The room was perfect, nothing bad to say about it but out of the room the feeling was not so great. Also - it's great you offer the breakfast but it is the first time in my life when I ate in a hotel out of the plastic plates. Not to mention that it's just not nice it is simply WRONG. The amount of plastic you produce just from one breakfast is giganteas. It's a shame for the hotel.

Very nice location for enjoying Orlando Universal Studios and Disney World. The offered shuttle service worked quite well and is very comfortable. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service provided was good for American breakfast.

I’m extremely disappointed with this location. The bathtub was leaking water all the time. The nearest entrance to my bedroom looks old, the carpet in the hallway to my room smells humid and feels high humidity. The breakfast is mediocre for a Marriott hotel. No body cream or any personal first kit at all. The lady in front desk was very supportive.

The breakfast shown on the picture looks alot better than in real life. Food is very blend, I understand it is done for to fit everybodys tastes, but in total it is not the breakfast we hoped for regarding the price. Regarding the night price the parking could be free for guests but parking for 26$ a night is a rip off. We had a two queen size bed studio which was booked for 4 people. After each cleaning time we had to go to reception for additional two towels because after each cleaning they collected 4 towels and left only 2 clean ones.

Was not the cleanest. A mattress protector wasn’t on one of the beds. I asked for one and it was put on the dining table for me to put on! There was also some greasy film on one of the headboards. The breakfast area was so convoluted that I had to eat my breakfast outside. I feel like this hotel just added paint and minimal touches to take away from the fact that it’s outdated and needs more work.
