I didn’t like that I wasn’t told that I would have to pay for parking until after the stay was over. staff was nice about it saying it was posted on the lot however I never saw anything about it. would have been nice to know that I had to pay to park.

I liked that it was in a good spot to get everywhere I needed to go quickly.

Could have used more parking area, cars were really close together and it was difficult to navigate the lot due to being such a tight space.

Staff was efficient and pleasant. Room was nice but air filters need to be changed as there were black marks around the HVAC vents.

Less than 12 hrs after we checked out, we realized we were missing a bag containing 2 blankets. We immediately contacted you and were told someone would get back to us. We called every day for the next 4 days and were given the same response that someone would get back to us. Nobody ever did and we gave up trying.

The location was exceptional!!! We could walk right across the street to the concert!!

Moldy shower curtain, dishwasher yucky inside and ice maker was overflowing. Minor stuff about the kitchen, and we didn’t use..but I had to look😳 The place could use minor upgrades like fresh paint and a more welcoming lobby (fresh flowers, citrus water, etc.) and same with the breakfast bar: citrus water and hot water for tea & coffee always welcomed.?

Check-in was very slow; long line up and only 2 desk clerks. Only 1 elevator (of 3) was working, so very long waits every time we needed to go up or down.

Accommodation was excellent, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was ideal for our purpose, right across from PNC Park. Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful, not gourmet.

Almost perfect... it think the pool was closed for our trip, which we would have used if available... There were not sheets for the pull out bed in our room, but this was quickly fixed by the front desk. Really no issues.

This is our go-to spot in Pittsburgh due to its great location downtown, close to the center of town if you like walking, simple to go on / off the highway, and a very short walk to the Warhol museum (which we visited). The rooms are quite large and there is plenty of room for a family. The kitchen is great and very useful, sitting and watching TV on the couch is splendid after a long day of exploring. If your timing is right, the cost of this room is very reasonable (costs are highly variable depending on baseball / football / business events I've found). Breakfast is really good with a large eating space. I like the secure parking as well, which is included in the cost. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

Power went out and we were never really updated on the situation. I got pretty warm in our room. We didn't want to bother the workers as they were dealing with other customers and on the phone. Probably would have been best to send an email out to the people in the hotel. Something to let them know what was going on. I am sure this isn't a regular thing and we would stay again.

Breakfast was great. Would like to see it go until 10 during the week. We went to the games and didn't get up super early.
