Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

In the room the kitchen floor was very slick and the carpet by the front door and fridge was wet. When the AC turned on the ac door would open and hit the lamp making a lot of klunking noises.
Great location! The employee at the breakfast was super helpful and went out of his way to get my toddler some dairy free milk! Also for a $50 fee we were able to check in early!

the a/c cycled through the night and produced a loud noise each time. it was loud enough to wake us up every hour or so

Closet doors were difficult to open. Breakfast did not look very appealing.
Facility was nice. The Queen Suite was very spacious and well laid out. Would definitely stay there again.

I booked a king bed an a sofa. I got a queen & a sofa . When I told them . They didn’t have anything any more. Plus I was charged more then what my invoice said.

I really like the location. Lots of eating places around the breakfast buffet is top-notch. Lots of little extras you don't see at other buffets. Robert is great, very personable, especially in the mornings. The hot water was great, and the coffee was nice and strong. The only thing is the pillows. I usually bring my own and did not this time. You might want to upgrade.

We stayed in the two queen bed suite. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The complimentary water and cookies at the front desk were amazing. Rooms were spacious, cozy, and spotless. The kitchen comes complete with the normal things, such as, kitchen towels, oven mits, dish soap, dish cleaning sponge, paper towels, coffee and coffee maker, cabinets fully stocked with plates, bowls and chips, plus, all the household appliances for storing and making fully homecooked meals, microwave meals, and/or quick snacks, then a dishwasher, with dish soap, to clean up quickly. The refrigerator even has a WORKING ice maker in the freezer. Absolutely the best and most accommodating place that I've stayed in a very long time. I will make a point to find a residence inn in every town i visit in the future, before i will consider another hotel. 100% satisfied with my stay.

The staff who checked me in went over and beyond as well as the staff who checked me out I can't remember their names since that was a month ago I wanna say Yani and Andrew not for sure but I definetly believe their respectable honest and great customer service skills my first time staying here I'm usually next door I'll be coming here alot more thanks to great service.

The one thing I wish we had in our room was a fireplace that stood on a bit longer, the fireplace has a timer of the longest being 30 min. but everything was still perfect!!
Everything was spectacular. We were not bothered by cleaning crew, the staff was polite and accommodating and the fireplace was everything!! Breakfast was superb and not basic and gross!! I would definitely stay again!! I would also tell others to stay their as well!! Also give the cook a raise he was super friendly and did not disappoint!!

Check-in, I reserved with third party booking and when I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. I sit in the lobby from 12:35 am to 1:30am till they found my reservation. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for my stay and I was fine with that. When I checked out, I was charged $174.98 even though my receipt for my third party booking said my total cost was $122.24. Nothing about the stay was bad but the above statement.

Maintenance of rooms needs to improve. Several items of repair were needed in guest rooms and hallways. Breakfast needs improvement. I would suggest offering fewer items that are fresh.
