There was nothing that I really didn't like but perhaps having a barking dog nearby was a little annoying but noe for long.

a bit run down, doors with paint missing, our air conditioner was an in room tube out the window moveable model I presume because something was wrong with the central air? Breakfast was very processed (rubbery omelettes, mediocre bagels, fresh fruit was bruised or not ripe.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. I really need a memory foam bed to be comfortable because of my back and the spring beds just aren't comfortable for me.

Other than trying to sleep with beeping noise from closet, we have had no issues.

Great location and very spacious for the cost. Easy access to all major highways in the area, so traveling around Worcester was fairly quick. Room was great size, comfortable. Our last night, there was a "beeping" noise from Utility closet (not accessible to guest) where AC unit went on the fritz. Cool air stopped working, fan was ok, but started around 6am, and we were checking out at 11am, so switching room was more of a pain. Overall, staff / room / facility were excellent collectively and I WOULD recommend it to others for stay.

Standing water in the tub when you take a shower. Some of the dishes and silverware in the drawer and cabinet were dirty.

Seems trivial, but the $7 a night parking fee. Rooms were a bit dated.

A bit dated, but comfortable and had all we needed. Free breakfast was great and so convenient! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice state park close to hotel.

The hotel bar is still closed. That's a bit of a buzz-kill. It wasn't a big deal, but...the phones in my room did not work at all. I had to call down to the front desk from the self-service laundry room. There are no ice machines on the floors. You have to go to the front desk for ice. One of the couch cushions was a bit torn and ratty. It should be repaired. When did you start charging for parking? It was always free, the other times I stayed there. I couldn't quite get the heat in my room to sufficiently take the chill off things, even when set to 71°.

The suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was filling and there were plenty of options. It snowed and rained ice while I was there. The front desk had snow brushes for the car, which was very helpful.

It was very noisy. The people across from us were up until 3 a.m. slamming doors all night as well as talking loud and playing music all night.

Breakfast was great. My mom was at UMass General so staying here was perfect to travel back and forth from the hospital.

Our room heat was broken. the nice engineer came twice and could get it restarted, but it wouldn’t stay on. and the dishwasher flooded, so we just hand washed. we left a day early.

Rooms need serious updating... furniture old, worn and peeling. No USB connections, dirty silverware in drawer, generally worn out nside. Seems like more attention and investment externally and in common areas than to the accommodations.

I thought it was a little pricey for a one night stay midweek, but I wouldn't say it was super overpriced. It was worth it to me.

The property is well maintained and with ample parking. Located so close to my destination, right off a main road and easy to get to. The customer service was professional and appropriate, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was extremely clean, a little wear and tear in the paint on some of the cabinets, but who cares. the kitchenette was very modern, and fully stocked with utensils and dishes.

The hotel was not very clean. Food was super cold at breakfast. Hallway we were on smelt of wet dog. Someone had a dog and jt barked all night long. Wasn’t impressed and won’t stay there again.
