Exterior of our unit needed washed, entrance and on the balcony. Fridge needs baking soda, not pleasant smelling. Over smell of the unit was off putting. Didn't catch that wifi only offered for a fee.

Location was perfect. Great view of the lake. Pool was nice. Room was nice and clean.

There was a lot of outside remodeling going on and a lot of construction vehicles in the parking lot.

The employees very friendly. The room was very clean and priced very affordable..

The check-in process was kind of rough. The first night, we had some issues, but they were resolved.

Location on the lake is incredible! Views from our balcony were beautiful! Very comfortable beds. Kitchen and laundry were so convenient

Balcony door was hard to open and shut. Balcony needs a good cleaning. Lots of webs, spiders.

We were not able to get in our room until after 6 which was very hard unfortunate. We arrived around 4:30 and check in time was 4. The room was not ready. Also parking was a problem of you got back to the facility after 8pm.

The room was great. We really like the pool facilities and there is lots of games to play in the club house.

I think it's cheesy to have to purchase internet connection daily! It detracts from the "classy" property image!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOVED the water-front view. Very nice pool and well-maintained! Staff were helpful with restaurant and attraction recommendations! Made for a very enjoyable visit!!! We will seek out other World Mark properties!

Extra charge that wasn’t revealed until we checked in. Elevator out so had to carry luggage up and down stairs. Ok for us but others could have issues.

We stay here about 2 times a year for the past few years. This time we had a few issues. Upon arrival we were told building B elevator was not working. My husband (76) Has COPD and can't do stairs. But they sent someone to help with luggage. At the last minute they found opening in another building on ground floor. It was a ADA room that was missing a few things, no toaster no light bulbs in living room, the bath tub was extremely slick and bed was hard as a rock. We still love this place and will try it again. FYI if you need an ADA room, the parking lot is on a hill hard to walk it would be hard to use walker or wheelchair.

I dislike Resort-Net as internet provider and disappointed with the smaller TV sets.

This property gives you awesome views of the lake & best perspective for sun/moon rise. The kitchen perfectly has everything that is needed. OUTSTANDING!!

The apartment was big, very clean and comfortable and had a balcony with a direct view of the water. The pool area was also fantastic with a big pool you could actually swim a few laps in. The sun loungers were clean and comfortable.

The place was flooded with over 2 dozen cats, was loading up to leave came back with a load and I had three fu...... cats in my car!!! Was not happy! I'm allergic to cats! They walking I walls , jn pool area, on cars, under cars etc. I've seen one or 2 before but nothing like this!

We've stayed there over 100 times , used to be owners until everyone and their dog could get a room so we sold out.
