The company charged me 50% upfront. Not a problem. However then they charged me the full amount day of. They have not refunded and have stopped responding to My emails. Now I have to fix through my credit card company Which is going to be a pain. I emailed several times. They Initially said "no problem, we will refund once the payment goes Through". It went through on Monday and it is now Friday. Sadly annoyed that an otherwise great experience is being soured. But 50% more than the agreed upon price is definitely no okay.

The place itself was great. It was Comfortable and in a good location. Everything was close by.

Someone left garbage on our patio. There were little things like the shower curtain liner was slimy and the detergent area in the washer that were dirty

No king bed, kind of strange. Two beds in each room crammed in with very limited space in bedrooms. Desk was completely blocked by a bed. Cheap utensils/appliances. Dish drying mats used as bathroom mats….Cheap towels & soap amenities.

Nice location. Pet friendly, ground floor unit was a plus with two pups.

Communication could have been a lot better. Check-in instructions provided day of check-in had a missing key code and incorrect WiFi so messaged the property 7 hours before arrival that the key code info was left blank. Never received a response until I called once I arrived - very stressful. Had messaged them twice before arrival day on check-in procedures since I would be traveling and never received a response. That makes it 3 unanswered messages.

Kitchen utensils need to be updated, Curtin blinds over window blinds would help keep out light from outside. Kitchen faucet did not have enough pressure, probably needs to be replaced.

I didn't eat breakfast. Location was great. Nice running trail out back of property. I wish this was in description with a trail map. I would rent this place again.

The Glade Plug-in's that were in the property when we arrived were old and used up (empty), I was stuffy and having allergic reactions for the first two days and couldn't figure out why, then I unplugged them, and things improved greatly. There were too many beds in the property for the two of us, we were not able to utilize all the space in the property because of this which was disappointing. The other thing that we didn't like was that there were no safety bars to hang onto to get in and out of the shower/bath. It was a rather high ledge to step over. Kitchen area was great, we utilized it throughout the stay. (need new sponges for washing dishing and better dish soap though) Bathrooms were roomy and clean.

The only cons that we have is that the two guests bedrooms lack of mirror. Since they share a common bathroom, it would be nice that they can do their makeup and view themselves in their own bedrooms, when the bathroom is occupied. This would be more important than the TV in the bedrooms.

The property is located in a nice, quite and serenity. We like the spaciousnesses, and the cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and the closest are spacious. We like the MBR layout and the view of the pool.

kitchen was pathetic. no mixing bowls, no cutting boards, no baking pans, constantly need to wash silverware because not very much provided. knives are dangerously dull. pans are whatever was cheapest at Walmart. the dining table only seats 4. odd for a place that sleeps at least 6-8. my husband, myself and my three kids couldn’t all eat together.

No elevators. I was on the top floor and couldn’t carry my bike crate up the steps. I had to unpack it on the ground floor and carry pieces upstairs. Next time I need to be more clear when I reserve a spot. Internet code was no where to be found. It should have been provided upon arrival.

The master bedroom has two queen sized beds. The problem is one of the beds blocks the entry to the bathroom that is located off of this room and you only have about a 2 foot space between the one bed and the wall to get into the bathroom area. A larger person or an elderly person would have struggles.

I participated in Ironman Texas and the location was about 10 minutes to the venue. Good location to grocery and other shops as well. Easy to get around. Residence is clean inside and located in a gated area.

Nothing major, more like minor improvement suggestions to the hosts: * Central AC is somewhat oversized for this apartment, consider a bit smaller tonnage model next time its replacement comes due (even if many years down the road). It blows a bit harder than it should (we had to adjust the registers trying to find positions to avoid it blowing too hard on the beds) and it's somewhat noisy in the channels/registers. Still, it's a good central AC and not even comparable with lousy window / under-window units you'd encounter in many hotels. * Consider pre-stocking somewhat more household supplies to reflect the duration of one's stay (dishwasher tablets 1 per day, paper towels 1 roll per day, toilet paper 1 roll per day, coffee bags/filters 2 sets per day, garbage bags 1 per day) - our was shorter, we ran out and had to restock ourselves. I'd prefer more of a hotel-like experience when such supplies are sufficient. Maybe we should have just asked the management to restock, we didn't.

Well-furnished and fully stocked apartment, clean, all good. We enjoyed it. Great pool area.
