Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. I booked a Superior King Room that according to the website photos had a large bath tub. The actual room did not. The staff was busy at the time so I did not make too much fuss. After I got home and looked at the website again there the photo is of a Superior King with large bath. Trying to contact the hotel or booking.com is a challenge. I would like a refund for the difference in the room I booked vs. the room I got. I was also surprised to find out after I booked there was no breakfast. I thought everyone had a breakfast. Also, there were no cups or ice bucket in the room. That is unusual.
I do not think I got the room I reserved. I am now attempting to contact the hotel itself but the number is no good. Trying to contact Booking.com is next to impossible. Speaking with a real person would be nice. AMENDMENT. I was able to contact the hotel by phone. My bad eyesight read the number wrong. I spoke with the desk clerk and all is sorted. She will relay my information to the company and hopefully the website photos will be updated.

Beds were a little hard but not much worse than other hotels.
Very clean and pretty hotel. Only stayed a night for a dance camp event. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked very unique and neat. Right down the road from where the event was.

Toilet didn't function as intended but still functional

Our last night there was a little unpleasant because of noisy guest
The location of the hotel was to every place I needed to go to. The room was clean and very spacious for me and my family. And, the cable TV had EVERY channel you could think of, which was a plus. The pool and hot tub area were nice.

I believe the staff were amazing and took care of us during our stay and went out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and would return in the future. The manager on duty is very professional and easy to work with. Definitely need more people like her in this business

I booked based on the website statement that one of the amenities was "$10 Optional Breakfast" however we found that breakfast was not an option or even on the property which greatly diminished the value I thought I was getting. Breakfast was a restaurant next door (owned by the hotel) that was terribly understaffed, and the food was undercooked and/or cold. We did have a large group of 11 people eating, but it took nearly 2 hours before everyone received their food after ordering. People coming in after our group were receiving their orders before ours. Our room didn't have coffee, cups or an ice bucket and there was only 1 washcloth. It seems this hotel is mainly used by railroad employees passing thru who just need a place to sleep. The staff asked that the teens traveling with us keep the noise level at a whisper because the railroad employees need to sleep. Being courteous is a given, but if it's not a place for teens or families, that should probably be disclosed on the website. Again, the staff was very friendly, but better planning on behalf of the ownership would be ideal.

We paid for one night which on booking.com clearly states that it includes breakfast. However, there was no breakfast, in fact they do not even have a breakfast facility. The lady at the front desk informed me that they had previously informed booking.com that they do not have breakfast facilities.
