Not much we didn’t like!! The blacktop and gravel road to get there had some potholes to avoid. That’s about the only thing I can think of to complain about, which is not much!!

The property looks rustic, log cabin style, but seems like it may have been recently remodeled. It was very well kept and immaculately clean. The furniture in our unit was in very good condition, like new. The location was a little off the beaten path, but that made it even more appealing to us. We were 6 adults, 2 couples and two singles, so our apartment with 3 bedrooms—2 king beds and two twin beds—was perfect for us. Plus, each bedroom has its own bathroom (although they were very small!). It was a perfect set-up for our family group. The sitting room and dining room in the apartment were spacious and comfortable, and the small but full kitchen, again, was perfect for our needs. The view of the bay from the apartment’s large windows was outstanding, and the deck view can not be beat. A full breakfast was included in the lodge’s cozy, charming, very clean dining room, and snacks, tea, hot chocolate, lemonade and coffee were provided up until 8pm. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! It was an added bonus to be able to walk two doors down to a great little rustic restaurant that served fish and chips, burgers, and pizza with indoor and outdoor seating on a deck overlooking the bay. During our stay, we even saw a baby hump back whale and sea otters fishing and playing in the bay! We accidentally left a camera charger behind and the owner contacted us right away. We were already too far away to come back so he very kindly mailed it back to us!! All in all, the accommodations exceeded our expectations, the staff and management couldn’t have been nicer, and we had a wonderful stay! I truly hope we get the chance to go back again someday!!

This property is located on Seward Highway. Great location. 15 miles from Cooper Landing. Property was spotless. View from the room was epic! Great, friendly staff, good food, and beautiful property. I highly recommend the property!

What a wonderful place, so peaceful and exclusive! The views were spectacular! We were fortunate to stay in the Yurt, which stood separate from the rest of the lodge, so private with our own deck!. Right on the bay so it was spectacular! I loved being here even though it is a bit of a drive from town! Cookies and hot chocolate, tea and coffee available to all guests in the evening and the breakfast was amazing in the morning. Everyone was so friendly, you feel like you are staying with family!!

The beach house is amazing, but the people upstairs were a little loud, but all was quiet and serene by 10 pm.

The hosts are friendly and helpful. The beach house was roomy and clean, and it had everything we needed. I always appreciate lavender hand soap! The view... incredible! We would definitely stay there again.

the road to this location was gravel and full of minor potholes. my mario kart skills were immensely helpful in avoiding all the potholes. but that's out of the control of the property and not unreasonable to deal with.

This is a beautiful property by the bay! There is many wildlife that you can observe by the bay. It is a small lodge that is run by a husband and wife. The room was top notch and the breakfast was great too. They made our stay very enjoyable!

Beautiful cabin, great location, fantastic breakfast, staff is super kind. Also, laundry facilities are available, soap included. Also, includes a shared deep freezer for the fish you catch. Overall great experience.

As is common in Alaska, the room was tiny and old. Very thin walls. They had signs up with quiet hours and guidelines, but unfortunately people aren't considerate and still are very noisy. The bathroom and room are tiny, so maneuvering toiletry bags and our suitcases was challenging. The staff and service made up for the room though.

Kendall and the staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. A few short steps away from our room was a beautiful deck overlooking Resurrection Bay, and they had heaters and blankets on the patio to help combat the cold. They went above and beyond at breakfast, transportation to / from downtown Seward, and communication. Our bed was very large and comfortable (thank goodness!).

Our one night stay was to short. We arrived at night and boarded our cruise the next morning. We were able to enjoy the stunning views from our unit and a walk along the beach. We even saw some wildlife, The owner and his wife are hands on. The staff was very professional and friendly. Communication was easy and I coordinated transfer to the port prior to arrival. It was one less thing to worry about. Lodge is a few minutes from town just make sure to look at the binder provided in your unit with the local taxi information. My family and I look forward to returning and spending a few days at the lodge. I most definitely recommend Resurrection Lodge.

The bed was very squeaky

This lodge was located on the bay and the wildlife viewing was spectacular. We saw eagles and otters and enjoyed fishing at the end of the street. The owners were friendly and all staff were personable.
