If we have to find something is that we could hear what was happening in the hallway and the AC was directly on the bed so cold for the first bed but ok for the second.

The people were super nice, the room was big, there was a gym, a storage system. It was in a great location, close to everything with a lot of options for food around!

It’s an expensive, large city and the fees and taxes attached to the room price make the stay pricey.

Good location. Different restaurants in the area. Felt safe.

The beds were extremely comfortable, would stay again for the beds alone. The room was large with lots of floor space, even with suitcases. Hotel is in a beautiful location, where you can easily walk to the Common.

The staff on the rooftop bar were very unprofessional and aloof when we went in on our last night which was Sunday 26th May Especially the hostess on the door who was extremely rude. Really put us off our time there

Terrible coffee set up in the room, similar to that in a much lower quality hotel. They should have small fridges and nicer coffee machines.

Great location, beautiful lobby, and very nice rooms with comfortable beds.

Rooms were fairly small, especially the bathroom, no pool, and the restaurants and lounges were only partially open.

Room was comfortable, nice to have a door to the bedroom. Roll away bed was provided, which was nice. Location to Boston sights was good.

Longer room service hours on the holiday weekend. Room service menus in the room instead of some qr code.

The upgrade to city view was worth it. The balcony was awesome and allowed for two working people to have conversations on the phone without interference with the other.

Room turndown service was poor. First day bathroom not cleaned. Second day my nighty was left hanging from the light fitting between the beds! Not what I'd expect when staying in this level of hotel. Shame the rooftop bar wasn't open at all during our stay, it looked a great spot.

Location was perfect. Close to common and all visitors needs. Lovely hotel, reception and restaurant space was great.

Service was lacking. Arrival amenity, a surprise for my spouse, was not delivered until next day and my follow up. Surprise element was lost. 2 lights and phone not working and reported, never fixed. One night coffee was only replenished with decaf- def not a great start to the day and that same amenity ; now empty bottle of champagne, ice bucket and champagne flutes placed in my closet as opposed to removed from room. Last night no housekeeping service. Overall the staff too nonchalant at critical touch points.

The bathrooms are a little small and ‘tired.’ Showers could use updating. We had a housekeeping concern in the bathroom but it was addressed when we spoke to a staff member.

The location was ideal for exploring Boston. The interiors of The Revere are well-designed. The coffee station and the Bevi machine off the lobby were nice touches. The rooms are average size and comfortable.

The man at reception on check in was the rudest man in America. Tried to double charge me. Gave me zero information about the hotel. Never took his anger eyes off his computer screen. Hotel falsely advertised their roof top bar/the only reason I booked this hotel and then claimed because of “the rain” it was closed. We could see guests in it from our bedroom. False Fake advertising.

Great Location! East Uber pick up. Enjoyed the restaurant both at dinner and breakfast- basic menu but with just enough elevated ingredients to make it interesting.
