Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

we got there about an hour before it was closed. Several options had been depleted. No staff member was monitoring and replenishing the options.
probably the best motel I have used. the staff was helpful and friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised.

Room was small, toilet/shower room was very tiny, breakfast was mostly gone by 7:35, no dresser-just cubbies,
Good location, clean sheets, plenty of towels and washcloths, A/C was cold, TV channels were plenty, staff was friendly, good water pressure, very budget friendly.

The shower never got hot, warmed up a little but bit even enough to produce steam. I have stayed here before, some rooms have excellent hot water while other rooms nearly have any.
The receptionist was perfect, the room was great .

Easy (for GPS) to find, friendly & helpful front desk staff. Room and bed were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was simple (waffles, biscuits, bagels, bread, coffee or tea, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, orange juice, fruits).

I didn't like the water pressure or temperature of the shower. Some times the water was hot and other times it didn't get hot.
It was a nice stay. The room was a decent size for the 2 of us, and clean all except some kind of bugs kept showing up in the shower.

Ants coming from the sink and on the floor. The ants made my skin crawl. The pool had mold and needs a better cleaning, needs to be deep cleaned to remove the gunk. Housekeeping when they came to pickup the towels and trash, they should have replaced them w/ new towels and wash clothes since they removed the dirty ones. Clean the air conditioner and change out the filter, that’s apart of housekeeping as well considering guests breathe the air
I liked that the property was clean as far as bedding, refrigerator, microwave, drawers. Seeing the staff bringing in snacks etc for the lobby area which shows car for those who are staying; love the shower design

No ironing board in room. I believe the front desk loans out irons if requested from what I observed.
Convenient location off main road. Well-lit and modernized. Ample parking. Attentive and polite staff.

Although the bathroom upgrades were great the HVAC system should also be upgraded and the new furniture hadn’t arrived.
The Breakfast was less than I expected, but overall they did have waffles. I think the renovations are coming along nicely and when all is done I think it will be a very nice inn. I’m sure that once the work is complete the price per night will increase dramatically. I would love to spend another few days there once the renovations are complete.

Breakfast was just basic. The staff there was excellent. This is older motel being renovated, standard room was small but very nice, if i am ever in the area again i would stay there with a bigger room

We had a very basic double room. The property is a bit run down and could use some fixing up, but the staff was super friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. We were just looking for a decent place to stay while in town for a wedding. It was a comfortable place to get a good night sleep and then head home. It was all we needed.

that when I was in the hospital the night before checkout employees packed my things and took things that they knew didn’t belong to them.
