We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI didn't care for the area of the hotel at all. I thought the hotel need to be updated & it was a little misleding from the advertising shown on booking. Com. The hotel attended name (jacob) was amazing!!!!! He was the best of the hotel.

United States of AmericaLocation was pretty convenient to downtown so that was a plus. Management was extremely nice and super helpful! I will say though, this motel is most definitely a “you get what you pay for” and we knew that when booking it so we didn’t have high expectations. We didn’t have experience with infestations so that was great too. Only downside was that our shower didn’t have a shower head and the drain clogged fast. Was a little noisy at night but it didn’t bother us too much. Overall, again, this is a “get what you pay for” quick stay. Manager is fantastic. I got what I needed from the room which was a place to stay for the weekend.

United KingdomThe property is located just off a road. On arrival and pulling into the car park there were two men drinking and smoking out side the rooms The reception area was visibly dirty with multiple signs regarding bed bugs and insects and how the sheets are treated but cannot guarantee they will be cleaned. The sheets had multiple stains and cigarette burns as did the toilet and shower. The front desk allowed us to see the room before checking in and we quickly decided to leave and look elsewhere - as a no refund policy is in place we have lost out on $66 but the motel is not fit for travel, stay or individuals to sleep at. We also didn’t not feel safe as the car park was full of other individuals and the doors had previously been kicked down or broken. I’d advise anyone not to stay here

IrelandI did not like the location, facilities or the cleanlines of the place. It was very poorly maintained. I would not stay here again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I cut my stay short as I could not stay there more than one night.
I liked nothing about this motel. I cannot say one positive thing about this. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would not stay here again.

United States of Americato start I had to wait a hour for a room when they couldn’t find my reservation that I put in like 5 months in advance an the door was messed up had to push the handle to the side for the door to open they offered to come in a turn the tv on said you had to do it a certain way didn’t watch it on the stay the bathroom door didn’t work right it is in need of some serious repairs won’t book a room at that place ever again on booking app it had it listed at a 4 star not even close to that

United States of Americapretty much everything. poorly maintained and there was a lot of people who were not guests just hanging out smoking and being loud and my room was horrible the shower didn’t work the bathtub was absolutely filthy and disgusting, the toilet was disgusting and the bathroom sink was about to fall apart the room was very dank and dark the tv was extremely useless with only ten channels that nobody watches I couldn’t even watch the local news there was only one tiny waste basket for your trash and there was no microwave.and there was one person looking after the entire property who didn’t want to be bothered and when my room access card wasn’t working he seemed very annoyed and proceeded to tell me that my cell phone was interfering with it even though my phone was still in my car.
it was very badly kept there was a broken ice machine right outside my room and a busted soda machine across from that,
