Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe light outside the back door did not work. We called Friday night to get it replaced but they never did send anyone. All the doors are very loud, not a huge problem but it was difficult to keep our child asleep. They could use some grease and the issue would have been resolved. Lastly, all the soap was watered down tremendously.
We greatly enjoyed our stay and our cabin was very clean.

United StatesThe food and happy hour drinks were terrible. We ate dinner there the first night we got there and it was bland and didn’t eat. The vents in the bathroom of our rental were leaking pretty bad so used the trash can to catch water

United StatesThe descriptions advertised a small kitchen space stocked with “the” necessities. The pictures showed a small area with microwave and fridge. In hindsight, I suppose this was all accurate. But it would be helpful to know what ISN’T included, like a dedicated inside counter space for prepping any kind of decent meal, mixing/serving bowls, cutting board(s), a drip coffee machine (there was a Keurig with limited variety of pods, but if we’d known we could’ve brought our own pods from home), and fridge was so small it only fit some drinks and some leftovers. Thank goodness we brought a huge cooler to keep all of our food (eggs, meats, mayo, OJ, fruit, etc) cold for the three days and two nights we were there. Also, no chairs provided for the fire pit. Again, there were none shown in the advertisements, fair enough, but a heads-up to bring your own would go a long way. Finally, only one blanket for the whole cabin, when it states specifically sleeps four on two beds. Granted, we did not reach out to the welcome center for a second blanket (they would probably have given us one), because by the time we realized it, it was after hours, then of course we forgot until the next night at the same time. I guess it would’ve just been nice to have two blankets stocked already.
We have 6 kids ranging from 7-12. Private cabins, golf carts were a big hit (with adults driving of course), arcade, outside community area with Jenga and fireplaces, daily crafts for activities out of the sun, big swimming pool and hot tubs, mining sluice was super cool for the kids, staff always driving by offering ice and firewood (although we brought our own), two Adirondack chairs on outside deck. Private fire pit, picnic table, parking space, and really nice grill. General store saved our butts because I forgot to pack the hamburger and hot dog buns and they happened to have a couple packages.

United StatesThere are 3 hot tubs there but one was closed, the other didn't have jets working at all, and the last one was the only one that functioned properly. Small hot tub for a lot of people wanted time in it since it was the only one working fully. I also didn't like that we were only given 2 bath towels. We stayed a few nights so there was not 1 extra bath towel to use in the room or take to the pool, since you had to supply your own towels there. I called the customer service/front desk and was not able to get anyone on the phone anytime I called.
Very clean and everything seemed to be well taken care off for the most part. Very family friendly. I would most likely stay again but come more prepared with things me or my family may need.

United StatesThe cabin could have been cleaner upon arrival (specifically the toilet and bathroom area). The HVAC unit was extremely loud and due to weather it was running constantly. Finally, I have NEVER stayed in a property that does not provide tissues. This was so strange.
The resort amenities are very nice. Our dogs particularly enjoyed the two dog parks.

United StatesThe pillows were awful, everything about the set up is top notch, why cheap out on pillows??? Could barely sleep, nearly ruined everything else. Pillows, blankets, and trash bags were so cheap and worthless. Pay a little more and up grade these. Also no dish soap was included had to buy a tiny bottle from shop for 5$?? We bought fire wood one night but there was nothing to light the wood, had to buy matches….the gift shop only sold boxes of 250!! What the heck? Give people a book of matches. I loved the property but these little details really made a big negative impact on our stay.

United StatesI realize that they have a lot of snow, but they don’t do a good job of removing it from around the cabins. There is barely enough room to park a pickup in the space designated and you have to get out into a snow bank! The cabin was okay clean, but could be a lot better. There needs to be some maintenance done (lightbulbs out, faucet loose, etc).
Convenient location to Lake Granby, cabin is nice for a short stay.

United StatesSo, some things seem not totally complete here. General.store empty. Maybe its the end of season and you didnt restock ? We asked to be on a list for a golf cart. We wwrr told they were all spoken for. Even though theres like 20 of them just sitting there. And the next day the entire camp ground left. We we maybe one of 7 cabins still accopied. You have a coffee shop but just serve black coffee. Whats the point. Maybe have a section with no kids or families. First night we get there there like 30 kid running a muck until 11 pm. And the people next to us are parked in our spot. We paid for. You add it up and well I doubt we stay there again. We came to look at the rv park because we have a rv. I guess that portion was ok.
Location was close to all the places we like to go while visiting the area.

United StatesWiFi didn’t work. Was sad there wasn’t a smart tv to watch our shows at night. Our neighbors were extremely loud into the night. There was gravel and dirt on the floor upon arrival. Bed was insanely uncomfy and pillows were worse. No freezer space. Shower only got luke warm and the shower had rust falling from the under part of the shower. Not worth almost $1200 for 3 nights.
