Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Please provide a coffee machine, that would have been perfect. There is a coffee machine at main reception but this area is not always manned, so not easy access

Room had dim lighting and the shower was a bit confusing to use. WiFi was very slow, we just used our data.
Right up the road from the shops and activities. You could walk if you wanted or take the trolley. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they even helped me jumpstart my car and borrow umbrellas.

Room was dated. Could have use a coffee maker and a lamp on the desk. My room was close to the road, so a lot of road noise. I'm sure the rooms in the back were quieter.

Very strong cleaning chemical smell in rooms on arrival. Garbage truck came at 01:00 hours to empty large garbage dumpsters outside our rooms.
Friendly check-in. Free parking. Good location within walking distance to town centre.

Our go to place in Gatlinburg. An older motel, clean, nice rooms and pretty to sit out front. Bathroom area is small, but doesn't bother us. Large TV. Great value

For TV had to use my own connections such as Hulu etc. There was no breakfast available.

Towels could have been a little more soft, but there were several of them, so it worked out okay.
I loved this location. The beds were super comfortable and the room had enough room that we could spread out and not be on top of each other. The water pressure was great too!

It is on the older side, so it doesn't look like anything fancy from the road. There are no frills, but it is obvious that the staff has maintained the cleanliness of the inn very well. So, if you don't mind staying somewhere older, it is a great choice.
The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. It is a great value and I would definitely recommend it if you are on a budget.

The beds were not great. A little hard. The bathrooms were really tiny. But overall ok for the value.
Easy to check in and nice location. Little off the main strip but not a very far walk to everything. There was a little store across the road and a pizzeria so that was nice if you got hungry late and didn’t want to walk or drive the strip.

Cons: If you are in the building on the hill ... Get ready for a HIKE haha. It wasn't horrible but after walking uphill back to the motel the last thing I wanted to do was hike up that hill. Again, not horrible just something to seriously note. Not a ton of amenities. For the price though, it came with everything I needed. I wish they had Kleenex and paper towels in the room, but again, for the price that was okay that it didn't. I also wish they had some type of vending machine on the property but we brought water with us so that was fine. The bathroom is T I N Y. If you are a bigger person... Expect that. Didn't ruin my experience because it was so clean but it was a very small bathroom.
Pros: It was really really really clean. I am deeply paranoid about cleanliness when it comes to motels but walking in you smelled the cleaner and could tell they put a ton of effort into making the space clean. The location was decent. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the Gatlinburg strip. The guy at the front desk was super nice. He even gave us recommendations on what to do while we were there. He was knowledgeable and kind and understanding. The check in process was super easy and took less than 5 minutes. Housekeeping was great. They came everyday and replaced towels, made the beds, and took out the trash. It was nice to have that done and I didn't feel like anything was missing from my room whenever I came back.

While this hotel does not have all the bells a whistles (no pool, hot tub, gym, breakfast... but it says this within the hotel description, so no surprise!), the staff are amazing, rooms are clean, and hotel is walkable to basically everything in Gatlinburg.

Out dated. Ceilings had patched drywall in multiple spots. Rusty nails in white paint. Caulk in bathroom was patched and old. Floor in front of bathroom sink was cheap vinyl and was bubbly and sticky under foot. Only one small mirror in room. Dirt in every corner.
