Nothing was wrong with our stay.

The views and the room were spectacular. Also they had every amenity you could possibly need. From a keurig to a roomy fridge to a hairdryer and good quality shampoo and body wash. Our beds were very comfortable and the pillows weren't flat. The bunk bed feature was a hit with our 2 boys. It was nice to have 2 pools to choose from, an outdoor and indoor. Also the steam room and sauna were nice. The gym room was adequately stocked with your run of the mill equipment. I was surprised that they had a yoga/peleton bike room also. It was very convenient to have a restaurant on site. We never visited, so I can't say how good the food or service is there. The staff at the check-in desk were very helpful and friendly. Our family would love to come back to visit this hotel again.

The sliding door to the balcony was a bit too heavy for the kids to open. Not a big deal.

The bunk room was a lot of fun for the kids and I. Both the upper beds and lower beds felt like a fort type scenario. The TV didn’t have a working Internet connection so when I thought I’d lost the kids to Netflix, it failed. Yay! We read books and played games instead. The staff was super accommodating and offered toys for my pup. There was plenty of room for his kennel in the room. The bathroom amenities were nice and the choice of 2 pools was amazing. The sauna worked! The steam room worked! Because it is family-friendly, my kids had other kids to play with in the pool and that was so nice for all of us. Things were well- lit at night.

No lights when eating on the patio we couldn’t see our food in the dark. Room is tired looking but clean. Front desk staff need to improve their attention to people checking in, greeting them properly even if they are busy. First impressions are everything. Second stay we had a parking lot view that wasn’t great.

No elevator for the second floor, but it was manageable. We knew it might not have one so we packed just to bring a small travel bag to our room for the night. It worked out fine. This would in no way keep us from returning, to enjoy this calming atmosphere.

The beautiful environment and surroundings, a nice place to relax after a long day traveling.

My card got charged 1500 first night , fortunately denied by bank. We have spent hours fighting Booking to straighten it out and are still not done. Third experience like this with Bookings.

Walls (and ceiling/floor) very thin. Parking was a bit tight and not enough spaces.

Very updated and modern for a motel. Clean and comfortable. Our room had bunk beds in a separate room which my son loved.

It was a little pricey but only because there was a festival in town that weekend.

Even though we werent facing the river our room was big and cozy and clean. The beds and linens were exceptional. Breakfast on the river was so yummy and the view was outstanding.

Staff didn’t seem happy and poor service at check in. We arrived at check in time and were told our room wasn’t ready. We waited about 30 minutes because they said they would call us when room was ready then we went back to front desk and asked about room. The front desk attendant said she would check while we sat in lobby. I waited another 10 minutes and went back to front desk and asked about room again and then she said she will check and said “oh your rooom is ready and apologized for the wait. She gave us a coupon for an appetizer at hotel restaurant for being “forgotten” and waiting along time past check in time for our room. Room was located above busy walkway in an always shaded part of hotel so room wasn’t very relaxing. There was a conference and people staying at hotel who were checking in/out at same time as our stay - they seemed to get preferred attention/service, not us, the lowly booking.com guests…

No river view. Too many people in the pool area. Deck door broken. Screen door kept falling off the rails. Glass door was very hard to open

Our kids loved the bunk room. The room was huge. Bathroom was fancy. Everything was perfect. Onsite restaurant had the most amazing food and drinks. The drinks were made by experts, for sure!

Unfriendly staff. Not the Central Oregon welcoming that I know, Or thought I knew. The best service received was from the Hispanic room maintenance that provided the best friendly service,

The natural beautiful river flowing behind our room. Family friendly. Nice swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, gym. Close to everything you need, including a riverside restaurant on site. I will stay there again!
