Bed in the mama bird room was a little soft for my liking. The shower head in one bathroom was a little tough to detach.

Love the common areas and the big bathrooms. Location is perfect and peaceful. Exceptionally clean and we loved the coffee machine options. Thanks for supplying ear plugs and the eye mask! If I ever do a big group event I will definitely come back because the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment.

It was all nice. Didn’t expect it to be in a residential neighborhood, but it’s well managed and maintained and nice and quiet at night.

Great location next to the river path. Lovely old house with a big kitchen. Bedroom was comfortable and clean.

    A/C was quite chilly.

Mostly quiet (some guests were loud talkers). Quite comfortable with good quality bedding. I appreciated the night mask and ear plugs!

Besides being so very comfortable and located in a really nice spot in Eugene, the Riverpath Inn is wonderfully charming and the owners Nedjy and Noah, are good-hearted, helpful, friendly and kind. The Riverpath Inn is a destination in itself.

    Room was uncomfortably chilly in the evening; pillows too soft; plastic shower liner was cold to the touch;

Very homey with good collection of books and games; Great kitchen and sitting areas; luxurious towel, robe and quilt/comforters; perfect location for walking and biking

Somewhat on the "far side of town" relative to other locations/activities in Eugene, but as I had a rental car, this wasn't really an issue.

Nice, quiet location. Room and bathroom were very clean. Hardly noticed other guests, despite shared kitchen, dining room and living room. Kitchen also kept very clean, several coffee makers and cooking utensils, pots and pans on hand, this place should serve as a model for other places I've stayed which were not as quiet, clean, or well equiped. Would definitely stay here again.

You can hear the odd noise upstairs and the sound of people coming down the stairs - expected in an old home with mutilple rooms.

The room was simple, spotless, a neat theme and just comfortable. Everything I needed.

    Nothing

The bedroom was large, nicely decorated, had everything that one would need including eye masks. Apparently all the rooms have a theme, it’s so tasteful was just sorry that we were only spending one night there. The shared kitchen and living was a bonus. It was pristine.

The location, though by a park, is far from downtown and the location didn’t feel super safe as a solo woman traveler. I will stay again but with raised awareness. As long as there are others staying there it feels fine. I do wish the bathtub worked- I was so excited!- or at least I knew it was meant not to fill before I tried to.

Very spacious house, large and comfortable room (Mama Bird) with lots of light. Large kitchen.

    Nothing!

First, the house itself is wonderful. It’s huge with large shared spaces downstairs (kitchen, living, dining). The decor is all modern with a few fun quirky accents. Yet the house has a beautiful feel of history with wooden floors and just that old style from maybe 50 years ago. Yet all the amenities are modern. Second, the location is terrific. I was there for a brief overnight stay and yet couldn’t resist a walk along the river path and found it so peaceful and serene. I found a local rose garden three minutes away and wandered there and it was perfect. Third, my actual room was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept deeply. I thought the shared bathroom might be awkward, reminding me of younger days staying in a hostel, but nope! I never saw any other houseguest; it felt like i had whole place to myself! Third, the price was excellent!

Eugene very liberal regarding homeless, they are everywhere!

Spotless, if you like to run, walk, bike there isn't a better place in the world! Step out the front door a path, probably 10 miles 100 yards from the entrance. Large community kitchen, huge social area, exceptional experience.

    Not one single thing .

An absolutely beautiful property with owners who are very responsive to ensure a great stay . The inside decor is just so tasteful and delightful. The kitchen and dining area are very well equipped and inviting. The living area is gorgeous and also most inviting. My bed was unbelievably comfortable with luxurious linens . Bathroom was lovely with beautiful towels and thoughtful added touches such as useful items (hairties, earcleaners etc )

    Shower is a little tricky

This is such a pleasant place to stay. It's so clean and well-appointed--always feels so comfortable to stay here. The location, away from the busy areas of Eugene, makes this the ideal spot. And such quick access to the Williamette River trail makes this an excellent place for those who want to enjoy the river and get some exercise. And great communication from the property managers!

The AC is centralized since it's for entire house and cannot be changed in the room but they have a portable fan/heater for each room so would not give any negative points.

The house is Airbnb style but at cost of hotel. Individual rooms of house are rented separately with kitchen and living room as common. There is parking for 4 cars inside and ample safe street parking.
