Very charming old house. Well-appointed, quiet and clean. Good location to downtown.

Not enough plugs in the room to charge our devices. Did not know that it was shared bathrooms until after booking. Turned out to not be a big deal.

Love the common areas and the big bathrooms. Location is perfect and peaceful. Exceptionally clean and we loved the coffee machine options. Thanks for supplying ear plugs and the eye mask! If I ever do a big group event I will definitely come back because the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment.

Bed in the mama bird room was a little soft for my liking. The shower head in one bathroom was a little tough to detach.

Very quiet setting less than a block from the river. The bicycle room is large and has its own entrance and outdoor sitting area.

The Inn is very clean and comfortable. It is spacious and nicely decorated.

It is hard to locate at night. Also, the train runs and uses the horn all night long. Even with ear plugs you can still hear it. This kept me awake on my first night and I opted to go elsewhere for the second night thus losing my money that was already paid before my stay.

Great location next to the river path. Lovely old house with a big kitchen. Bedroom was comfortable and clean.

It was all nice. Didn’t expect it to be in a residential neighborhood, but it’s well managed and maintained and nice and quiet at night.

The property is very nice and clean.

It’s hard to find at night. It was very difficult to get a restful, sleep, even with ear plugs, with the loud train running throughout the night. I booked two nights and didn’t stay the second night because I couldn’t sleep. I lost that money but going elsewhere provided much needed sleep.

Mostly quiet (some guests were loud talkers). Quite comfortable with good quality bedding. I appreciated the night mask and ear plugs!

    A/C was quite chilly.

    Property response:

Hi Drema, thanks for your review and feedback. The Riverpath Inn has a central HVAC system, and during summer time we set the thermostat to fluctuate between 69-72 degrees (which is a comfortable temperature for most people) but also provide extra blankets and space heaters for people that get cold easily. We just wished you could have used those extra amenities to make your stay a little bit more comfortable. Sincerely, Nedjy & Noah

Besides being so very comfortable and located in a really nice spot in Eugene, the Riverpath Inn is wonderfully charming and the owners Nedjy and Noah, are good-hearted, helpful, friendly and kind. The Riverpath Inn is a destination in itself.

Very homey with good collection of books and games; Great kitchen and sitting areas; luxurious towel, robe and quilt/comforters; perfect location for walking and biking

    Room was uncomfortably chilly in the evening; pillows too soft; plastic shower liner was cold to the touch;

Nice, quiet location. Room and bathroom were very clean. Hardly noticed other guests, despite shared kitchen, dining room and living room. Kitchen also kept very clean, several coffee makers and cooking utensils, pots and pans on hand, this place should serve as a model for other places I've stayed which were not as quiet, clean, or well equiped. Would definitely stay here again.

Somewhat on the "far side of town" relative to other locations/activities in Eugene, but as I had a rental car, this wasn't really an issue.

The room was simple, spotless, a neat theme and just comfortable. Everything I needed.

You can hear the odd noise upstairs and the sound of people coming down the stairs - expected in an old home with mutilple rooms.

The bedroom was large, nicely decorated, had everything that one would need including eye masks. Apparently all the rooms have a theme, it’s so tasteful was just sorry that we were only spending one night there. The shared kitchen and living was a bonus. It was pristine.

Very spacious house, large and comfortable room (Mama Bird) with lots of light. Large kitchen.

The location, though by a park, is far from downtown and the location didn’t feel super safe as a solo woman traveler. I will stay again but with raised awareness. As long as there are others staying there it feels fine. I do wish the bathtub worked- I was so excited!- or at least I knew it was meant not to fill before I tried to.

The house was great, with everything I needed and more. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's located right near a great spot for wading in the river!
