The apartment was well appointed with all the kitchen amenities required enhancing our stay. Living area, dining table, sofas, fireplace, balcony, dual king beds, 2 bathrooms and location were all terrific.

In Riverside Escape unit, tub light in hall bathroom needs to be replaced. Adjoining bedroom's lamp didn't work. There was no electricity to the outlet no matter how many switches we tried. It would be very nice to have robe hooks added in the bathrooms. One of the ceiling fans was out of balance (possibly the one in the living room of Roaring Romance?) It seemed out of character with the very nice condos to have the minimal number of towels in the kitchen and bathrooms. It also stood out that the paper towels and toilet paper were not of higher quality. (Maybe that has something to do with water treatment facility restrictions?)

We rented two condo units side-by-side for four nights to have good spaces for four couples. We were staying in Gatlinburg together for a wedding. This was a great arrangement for us to get together for meals, conversations, hanging out. These condo units are in a fantastic place in Gatlinburg. There is a picturesque old church building across the road just outside our front doors. We enjoyed the lovely little river running next to the building. The wedding site on the mountain top was just ten minutes to the east, on mostly easy roads. A Food City was only five minutes away. The two evening dinners in restaurants were just 10-15 minutes west near the entrance to the park (even with Gatlinburg's congestion!) The road leading up toward Pigeon Forge took off less than a mile west. Inside the condo units, the dishes and cookware, the appliances, the dishwasher and laundry supplies, all suited us well. The towels were just enough - you would need to do laundry if you wanted to have more than one per person. The dishwasher was wonderful, and amazingly clean! The parking garage spaces under the building worked well for us. It was October, so the pool was closed.

Its peaceful.. I coach basketball while I'm on this stay each year. Coaching is stressful. Gyms are loud and rowdy.. I want peace and this location is perfect

Was hard to rinse shampoo out of hair. Could use handheld shower hose and stronger water pressure in master bath. Tub in other bathroom is stopped up. Tried using the plunger which brought up black gunk, but is still stopped up. Also has low water pressure.

Loved size, location, and quite. Property was clean and very comfortable. Loved king sized bed, it slept very comfortably.

tv in living room didn’t work. Toaster kept tripping fuse in kitchen so it was unusable, no Kleenex in bathrooms, little to no internet signal. in the kitchen, 4 of the overhead can lights were burned out so it was dim n there. Bulb was burned out in living room lamp. I tried repeatedly to reach someone for maintenance and every number provided in the unit to call for service told me they didn’t maintain anything in that building. I reached out to local number as well as Vacasa and never throughout our entire week did anyone come to help.

Designated parking location was a tight turn-in and had a bad blind spot disadvantage pulling out but we loved LOVED this vacation.

Property is equipped with a kitchen and we were on our own for breakfast.

Our neighbor who's a long time resident hammered and drilled around 8:00am. We noticed that he was complying with quiet hours that are from 11pm-8:00am we had stayed out late the night before and thought it was a bit early but didn't get to frustrated.

The location is great as it sits between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Price was good and was one of the reasons I choose the location. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and directions sent via email made it easy to find. Everything a person would need is included in the kitchen right.

Literally min away from everything! Atv rentals downstairs, You can go to the grotto falls trails and come out the back end right to this place. The roaring fork creek that starts in the grotto is the same in the back view to this place and you can hear it at night clearly and calming. The underground parking was excellent and a trouble saver. All in all it was well worth the price. Did i mention it was very clean. I forgot my red igloo mini cooler so anyone after me is more than welcomed to use it when u go out and about. Enjoy! ALL the amenities also.

Guest room TV didn't work so my children didn't watch TV there, parking pass was not left so we made a note to put on our windshield, and a few light bulbs around the house were out. Other than that we had no complaints

We loved the condo furnishings and decor. It was very relaxing and cool. The deck is accessible through the livingroom and master bedroom. Deck has an electric grill that we enjoyed cooking on. Table and chairs on the deck provided a nice environment for soaking in the sounds of the rushing water from the stream below. There is one parking spot in the below car lot and one spot on the entry level, as well as handicap parking. Perfect for us! We took full advantage of the swimming pool every day, usually at the end of our activities. There were supplies of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels and washcloth, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen hand towels, sponges and paper towels. Freezer has an ice maker as well as ice trays. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Unit#304 & Gatlinburg and definitely plan to make reservations for the same condo next year. The staff and management were very responsive to all our questions.
