The washer smelled moldy and the furniture was dusty but other than that very nice.

The suite was very nice with update appliances. The view from the balcony was peaceful. Lazy river was very nice.

The lazy river was amazing and heated. We stayed early spring so it was 40 degrees at night and we still enjoyed it. We even rescued some baby ducks out of it and there was a really cute brown bat on the elevator!

The drain in the bathroom sink was very slow and you had to wait a good minuet before the water drained out. I did however let the staff know of this problem when we checked out.

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. It provided all of the necessities that we needed.

I had no hot water the first night they had to come work on it starting at 9 pm and did not finish until 11:30pm so by then I couldn’t take shower and had plans for next morning very early needed to leave early to make it to destination on time. We had to cancel so we could get some sleep, and shower the next morning I was so bummed that we missed the sunrise! Then I was also upset that I couldn’t use the jacuzzi tub because it was not clean. I looked forward to that.

Beds are a little too firm.

Space was great. The pool is wonderful for little kids. They have the 1 foot baby pool, and then the bigger pool goes from 3 ft to 5 feet. The pull out couch was the nicest I have seen. The place was quiet and staff was friendly. Would go back.

I liked having covered parking, but the spaces were a little tight. I am glad we were there in off-season to avoid dealing with quite so many vehicles. This is certainly not a complaint that would prevent me from returning.

The condominium was very spacious, quiet, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were granted an upgrade upon registering at arrival, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. The paperwork at check-in was a bit much, but I can understand the place wanting to make sure the guests treated the place properly, so future guests may also enjoy everything. I hope to return to this resort the next time we find ourselves in Pigeon Forge.

From the second I walked into get my keys I was happy. This place is so clean and fresh ! It smelled amazing when I walked into the lobby ! The condo was no different ! I’ve stayed in hotels & cabins in my many trips to the area and this by far exceeded all of them. The bed was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on ! Everything I needed was right there ! Minutes from the strip ! The river is beautiful ! Did I mention this place is SO CLEAN?! Ahhh! 10/10 recommend!

Need some chairs down at the bounce pillow . I didn’t go in the fence and had to sit on grass which was iffy with all the duck poo.
