Just about everything. No WIFI , Poor breakfast, loud all night long between Semi's going by and other tenants up until 2am, and lastly some other tenants clothes were in our room in a dresser drawer with the coffee maker and the hostess acted like it was no big deal. 😑 Outlets looked burnt, lights broken or didn't work, tenants had a BBQ right next to the fire extinguisher and the pool was a monstrosity!

There should have been more options for breakfast. My Sister booked the room while we were traveling and did not know for sure when we would arrive. When we checked in, we found that she had unintentionally booked two rooms. One in my name and one in her name. The staff would not consider refunding the cost for one room even though we both stayed in the same room and did not use the other one.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was dusty and grimy. There was a hole in my shower, the toilet paper box came off the wall, the lights were dim, the comforter was paper thin, my bathroom vent fan didn’t work and had a layer of dust on it, my sink faucet was stuck on hot, my dresser was missing handle and half rotted from a fridge leak.

Charged extra after I arrived for a third person that was already listed on my booking. There was nothing extra in the room for this person, and they maybe had a banana from the breakfast in the morning.

Couldn't figure out how to turn on lamp in corner, so room was too dark. There were bugs crawling around in bathroom.

No drain stopper in sink. To easy to drop earring or ring down the sink. No hair dryer, metal plate was on the wall were it was. Had a bug crawling on my pillow. Only had 3 pillows. Cobweb on lamp shade going to ceiling. Could see when you turned on the lamp that the shade was cracked.

The hotel receptionist was very nice.

A lot of things were broken in the hotel room. The door security guard was broken. It made me feel unsafe. One of the lamps had a broken switch. The fridge freezer door was broken. The towels looked so old like they were going to fall apart. The toilet roll holder kept coming out of place since it is broken. Breakfast could’ve been a bit better, especially for the price that I paid. The lobby was uncomfortably hot and the cupcakes that were offered were stale. There was milk that had been left out in a kettle since 6 am. It was room temp and it smelled rancid. The only thing that was good was the juice’s and the waffles.

It was a place to rest for a bit.

My puppy found a crack pipe somewhere in the room. I didn’t notice until I heard him crunch down on it! Residue within it affected him that evening, as he became lethargic! Fortunately he was ok in the morning!

Aging facility, room's door security device broken. Chair and ottoman fabric worn. No desk chair. Smoke detector alerted on power outage, had to manually reset. Power outage lasted overnight - no morning hot water, internet or breakfast (not hotel's fault). Section of parking lot shared with commercial strip.

Location convenient to interstate highway, adequate parking area, relatively quiet.

Lightning at the living room

We need some place to sleep after a long drive there’s no other choice so we stay in your place. Facilities need to be updated , faucets is broken , lightning needs brighter , wall needs painted with brighter colors . I was able to sleep and take show and rested for the night .

Couldn't take a bath because it didn't work. Toilet paper holder was falling out of wall. No breakfast. No maid service. Had to place.a towel at the bottom of the door because cold air was coming in from a gap between door and floor. Locking latch was broke on door.

Don't love finding used washcloths in the bathroom, or wet spots on the bed. Doesn't really inspire confidence.

Breakfast seemed... Saved from the day before? And may have given my daughter food poisoning... Maybe money is tight, but everything was a little less maintained than I would expect for the price.

Everything. Non smoking but smell in room was so bad, literally had door open until we went to bed. Credit card was charged $30 more per room (we had 2) than what the receipt was for!!

Faucett for sink was nearly coming off. It was hard to turn on and off. Room was very dark, hard to see anything. Furniture was in disrepair. Location was busiest highway intersection in St. Joseph. Semi trucks all night long. The towels were small and thin. I believe the room was 'clean', but hard to tell in the dark.

Lamps were busted in the room so not enough light. Coffee packets were not replaced in the room. Did not like the old carpeting.

The front desk staff was friendly. I was able to get a ground floor room and dogs are allowed. Mexican restaurant nearby.
