The only thing we can think of is not having the opportunity to meet Nancy due to the unfortunate accident she experienced the day we arrived. Of course, we immediately offered prayers for her well being and speedy recovery and will will look forward to meeting her on our next stay !

We were happy with the breakfast items provided in our room. More than enough, and we enjoyed it on their beautiful poolside porch where we could see some of the horses including Toffee, magnificent!

We live staying here at this beautiful horse farm. It is so quiet and the owners are so sweet and pleasant! The only comment we would have is the bed was too hard for us and the pillows were very flat. But, we do t like hard beds and prefer fluffier pillows. The room was nicely accommodating with its own refrigerator and coffee maker. The hosts give you yogurt, fruit cocktail, water, juice, muffins, granola bars for breakfast. The lovely pool area overlooking the horses is stocked with water, soda and had Stella beer. So very beautiful and serene. We love it and look forward to staying again

I wish there was more to do around the town.

Excellent hospitality. It was a very peaceful and calm vacation. The animals were so sweet from the horses to the dogs to the cats. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay

Everything was better than expected. Couldn't have been more perfect!

The owner, Peter, was very sociable and accommodating. The majestic gypsy vanner horses were friendly and their horse training facility was such a beautiful place. The home was magnificant!

I was only upset that the listing said there was a hot tub and there was not. We were looking forward to going into the hot tub that evening, so were surprised and disappointed to see it is gone. The listing doesn’t reflect this.

I really enjoyed this place. Very relaxing and nice hosts. Beautiful views and I loved the animals. Room was spacious.

The shower head in the bathroom needs to be cleaned. It seems to have buildup in the area where the water comes out. also the toilet needs to be snugged up.

This is our 3rd visit to Rock Pointe Ranch. We love the quiet, peace, beauty and safety of staying here. We will stay again when we return. We visit family near here and the location is perfect for us. We love the changes they have made by adding a heating/air system to each room and the continental breakfast.

There were things that could have been better?

Pete and Nancy were just the most excellent hosts! The place was beautiful, scenic, relaxing, peaceful, and comfortable! The horses were beautiful, and the dogs were your companions everywhere you went, but not in the way - they were company and very pleasant! We had free reign to walk the home and the property as we chose. So much beat the typical Hotel stay! Sitting out back or out front, was a beautiful view! At night hearing the Bard Owls, seeing deer, listening to the horses rustle a bit, was just so enjoyable! Kelly does a fantastic job keeping the place clean! Looking forward to the opportunity to stay there again!

Our king room with the beautiful working fireplace cozy comfortable bed and country charm amenities was perfect! The weather cleared in the afternoon, and we were so happy to see the handsome horses at the fence and walking the farm! What peaceful beautiful natural surroundings! We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in our room... so healthy and plentiful, especially loved the Kurig coffee maker. Our visit was our best ever! Thank you !

It is a 1/2 mile down a bumpy dirt road to get there

Continental Breakfast in room was quite adequate. We have had the awesome optional full breakfast before and opted for the smalerl one this time.

Peter and his wife are very friendly, the ranch is spectacular, you can watch the horses and disconnect 100%, although the ranch has very good Wi-Fi service. Pay attention to the hotel's rules, check-in time is until 8pm for many reasons, including that before arriving you must follow an uncovered street (it is a short 5-minute stretch) Don't be guided by the GPS, be guided by the instructions sent by the accommodation, and the signs. It really is easy to get there as long as you don't go too late and it gets dark.
