We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaUsually pet friendly motel 6 doesn't charge an additional pet fee. I got two rooms, for myself and my father. I wad charged a pet fee for both rooms despite clarifying I only had a dog in one room. No grass anywhere for the dogs, just gravel. The entire rear area of the hotel was covered in a layer of dog poo and cigarette butts. Gross

United States of AmericaThe guy from the front desk knocked on my door after several hours asking about payment, which I had done before checking in online. I was about to go to bed and felt it was rather inappropriate for him to not have called me instead if he had a question.
The hotel was clearly being renovated and that’s always a good thing.

United States of AmericaThe room was filthy. There was hair and dust on the counters, microwave, and in the shower. I had booked a room with two beds and one of the beds was missing its legs and just set up on the floor. The other bed had a huge yellowish stain on the sheets and little hairs on the pillow cases. The comforter also and some stains and what look liked cigarette burns. I would’ve complained but my family and I had been on the road all day and didn’t get to the motel until after midnight. During check in, the guy at the counter had mentioned we were the last to check in and the place was full so getting a new room wouldn’t have been an option. My husband ended up removing the stained comforter and sheets and covered the bed with towels to sleep on. I shared the bed on floor with my daughter. We just wanted a decent, affordable place to sleep for 8 hours and then get back on the road but this Motel 6 didn’t deliver. I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews before booking this place. I would recommend spending a little more and staying anywhere else.
The location was great. Right off the highway and near plenty of restaurants and stores.

United States of AmericaThere was NO wi-fi which was listed as part of the package. The toilet flush not working properly. The room was a little small, but adequate. It was a little costly as we have stayed in cheaper rooms that were cleaner and even provided breakfast.
The bedding clean. It was quiet at night. We slept well. The parking areas were well lit at night. They had microwave and a good refrigerator. The AC worked well.

United States of AmericaI thought there was a free breakfast, but there was not. You never knew if there was staff at the desk. The phone in the room didn’t work to even the front desk. The Internet is very difficult to connect to and when you do it’s too slow to run anything of value. when we pulled back the sheets well they look clean. It still looked like there were stains on the bed. I can say it wasn’t a great experience.
The location and the cost were very good. It is definitely a budget motel.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom wasn’t that clean at all. I made the mistake of wiping some water off the counter. I am not sure it’s every been cleaned. There were things stuck on the walls and the door. The shower was a backwards type and water just poured onto the floor. Definitely will not stay again.
The saying you get what you pay for is certainly true in this case. It was easy on and off from the interstate. The pictures of the rooms were probably when they first remodeled. The room had vinyl floor which is probably a good thing.

United States of AmericaUpon check-in we were told the there would be a $10 fee for dog. Website states it is free. Also gave us 2 double beds and reservation was for single queen. Staff would do nothing to fix problem. Dog poop all over walk area. If they are charging extra for dogs seems they should use the money to clean up walkway.
