What I didn’t like is when it came to breakfast time nothing was replenished the four days that we were there people had to keep coming to ask. If you’re gonna offer free breakfast, it should be replenished every day so that new people have access to what they’re paying for.

I love how affordable it is and quite atmosphere. The rooms are super cute and the fact that they offer suits with kitchen is amazing.

Railroad tracks across the street frequent train traffic day and night. Not a big deal or too loud but there. Lots of other hotels in the area so everyone has the same problem. I really like this place a lot it has a older appearance but recently updated interiors.

Breakfast was included and was okay, but many times there wasn’t enough food, and they didn’t refill it in time. There were only three tables for the whole hotel, so it was often hard to find a place to sit.

The room was okay and had everything I needed. I liked the small fridge. Housekeeping didn’t come in every day, which I preferred for more privacy. The room isn’t very big, but it’s enough for a short stay.

The breakfast bar was not replenished. I saw some guests looking in the cupboards to restock coffee cups, spoons, etc. Milk and juice jugs were empty. Most of all, the pastries were gone.

Checkin was fast, and the owners were very friendly. The room was large and clean. It was in a rough area, which I knew before I booked it. There is a rain nearby that you can hear from your room. It's fairly close. This didn't bother me at all, but if you are a light sleeper, this maybother you. Breakfast consisted of coffee, bagels/toast/English muffins, yogurt pop tarts, nutravalley bars, cereal, milk, and juice.

Exterior was underwhelming but the room was very comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The surrounding area was sketchy but I didn't feel unsafe. So overall if you can get over the exterior then the interior is pretty good.

I really loved that i was able to park right in front of my room & it was just a few steps to get inside. My mom just had surgery so this was especially convenient!! I also was pleasantly surprised that it was very quiet there in the evening!!

Near the frw. exit, decent, small, clean, comfortable,small fridge and microwave, good size television, parking in front of your door, outdoor pool and sitting area, and daily breakfast. What more do you want!

The area is an industrial area and trains go nearby hotel fairly often. You need a car here since restaurants and shopping are a ways away.

The room was upgraded and bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful. Place was clean and the price was good for Indio. Other budget type hotels in the area.

Others should know that the motel is near the railroad tracks and trains come through quite regularly. Despite this, the train noise is not much at all; much less noise than many hotels located near airports. I was surprised how quiet it was. The trains do not blow their horn. The windows and doors must be quite good quality. The bathroom fan was on the noisy side, louder than any passing train. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, but gets the job done. Waffles, cereal, hard boiled eggs, breakfast pastries, coffee, juice.

The property was nice, different from typical motels, almost like staying in little cottages. The property is nicely landscaped and maintained; clearly well taken care of. Parking is right outside your door. At breakfast we spoke with a couple who were staying at the motel longer term and they said this was the best motel in the area by far (and there are quite a few to choose from). The desk staff were considerate and efficient. We did not use the pool so cannot comment on it. We were there just one night while passing through.
