Two of the beds were dirty. The sheets had hairs and stains on them.

The room was very spacious and it had 3 beds, a table and the necessities needed for a family traveling with a small kid.

Not the best neighborhood, which may not be best if you are traveling alone and need to be out at night. The doors of the rooms are outside, directly facing the parking lot so anyone can access the entrances without passing the reception. The guy at the front desk reassured me he is watching the property cameras until 2 am though. There was no place to get fresh water to refill a bottle.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. The bed was also good.

Nothing - it was a cheap motel but better than we expected.

Decent downtown location, good pricing point, good size bedroom and bathroom. Parking felt secure.

They had some bogus note on the ice machine, saying it did not work until the spring or something. I bet it doesn’t work in the spring either. I think any in every hotel in the USA should have ice. Also, the general manager refused to allow a late check out, even when there were less than half of the units occupied in hotel. I found that to be cheap.

The location was awesome. Right on Route 66 for a great price.

No one bothered me. Parking lot was clean. Room was clean except the sheets looked a little stained. Room service always did a nice job of cleaning each day.

I can’t say anything entirely bad, I don’t know the city so I can’t say if the neighborhood was good or bad but some people (passersby) made it feel like it might be iffy.

Great staff & clean. We had a trailer and they accommodated parking so we didn’t have to unhook.

Wanted to check in earlier, I was told on the phone I could with a rctra 25.00 Upon arrival the lady at front desk was telling me I had to check in at 330 I needed the restroom so bad. My reservation was 300 so I showed her and she let me checkin at 3... It shouldn't have been that difficult. Also on booking it said 52.00 a night then at Check out ot was 72.00 plus a 50.00 deposit it would br nice to know all the hidden fees up front.what if I didn't have 50.00?? And now I have to wait together my money added back to my card.

The smell!! Not sure if it was a plant outside our room or stray cats pee. But it filtered in the room and left us feeling nauseous

Pillows could have been bigger and softer. I think the motel needs some updating on the furniture and décor; if some investments were made they could make it into a boutique motel.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my friend last weekend for the Balloon Fiesta. Great location; right off the interstate; well lit. We requested a room on the second floor, which they did. The owners seemed to be a family who were very helpful with any extra towels and items we needed for our room. They even let us store our luggage after we checked out; as our flight was till evening. Would stay here again.
