My only complaint about the room is the bed was very high and I had to kind of roll onto it. We managed but, someone that has mobility issues would have a problem. The breakfast provided sometimes had fruit but, not every morning. There were eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, packet oatmeal, and waffles. We prefer to have a vegan option for breakfast like an oatmeal that's at least whole oats or steel cut and nuts and fruit to go on the oatmeal. We ended up buying a whole grain cereal, nuts and fruit for our breakfast in the morning. We did get coffee at the dining room in the AM.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was a comfortable size. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room had a desk which we used daily and the bureau had plenty of drawers to put our clothes in. We used the desk chair and extra chair often so we appreciated having 2 places to sit. There was a small fridge that we used which is important. We got coffee at breakfast time where they provided breakfast food. The location was great for visiting many attractions and close to stores and restaurants. We would stay there again but bring our own breakfast food.

Rooms were well appointed with their own fridges. It was quieter than we expected being near a busy road. A bonus to have breakfast. Not far into Ithaca.

The breakfast room was small. Everyone seemed to come to breakfast at the same time and there was no place for us to sit. We went to the gazebo and saw guests go to their rooms to eat.

I liked the fact that the rooms were enclosed within the building so there was no traffic noise although the hotel was right along the highway.

There is an outside door that leads you to the rooms so as a single gal, I felt extra safe. The bed was very comfy!

A little overpriced for what we got. EV charging should be complimentary for paying overnight guests.

Cost for having pet. 35 per night per pet i felt was too too much.

Location was perfect. Servuce was great. Very accommodating for dogs. Only downside was the cost of bringing my 2 dogs adding 35 extra per night per dog. I thought that was a very high price but other than that VERY very good stay !!

Cost. Not a great value the week I was there, but then ALL the motels in Ithaca seemed to have raised prices during student move in week. Breakfast: Ample but I bet they would save by getting a dishwashing machine and cheap cutlery and stopping with the single-use plastic.

Simple Maintained property. Clean rooms w adequate amenities. Bathrooms clean. Beds clean and soft. AC efficient. Quiet location. Out of “town”, but easy drive. Fast check in. Convenient simple breakfast. Helpful staff. Right near Buttermilk Falls- Easy 20” drive to Ithaca Cascadilla gorge trail, and Cornell Botanics gardens.
